    Susanna Foustok
    Susanna has been teaching Pilates over a decade. She initially studied the method in Oxford with Stott Pilates, where she completed their Full Advanced level certification.
    After years of teaching the contemporary Stott Pilates, she ventured into the classical work and got hooked. In her quest to deepen the knowledge of the original work, she travels extensively to learn from the original students of Joseph Pilates and world’s leading classical teachers. She is currently doing the Work under Jay Grimes, 1st generation teacher.

    Thank you for making such high quality content for those of us who can't afford to regularly go to a pilates class. Loved this mat reformer workout, so creative!
