33 MIN MAT PILATES - full body exercises that mimic a reformer workout

  • This is a mat Pilates workout but we are going to use some small equipment to mimic being on a reformer. So if you have a ring, booty band and sliders prepare those. Some substitutions for these equipment if you dont have them is:
    Sliders - use face washer or paper plate or tuperwear lid to glide
    Ring - use a cushion or use no equipment
    Booty band - tie a thera band around thighs or use no equipment
    It's a little challenging but you will love it!

    I used a pair of smooth socks for the sliding movements! Very challenging but done all the same🙂

    What an awesome workout!! I have never got the opportunity to try a reformer, but I always wanted to. So happy for this workout.. although I was super challenged with this.. I absolutely loved it and would highly encourage more of such mixed equipment workouts!! Thank u soooo much again!

    Amazing workout but would be so much more enjoyable if you let us know how long we had left/ how long each set was for! Makes it waaay harder not knowing
