  • Heba combines all the exercises from previous classes and brings them onto the advanced level. She also introduces new challenging exercises. This class is suitable for advanced participants. Prepare to sweat!
    Heba Abdel Gawad is a Pilates Instructor Trainer, Neural Performance Specialist and Z-Health Master Practitioner. She is a two-time former Olympic athlete having competed as a synchronised swimmer at the Sydney and Athens Olympic Games, with an international career as a competitor spanning over sixteen years.
    She went to the UK in 2004 to study Sports Science and went on to study all about the nervous system and now teaches Pilates certifications and various educational workshops on the Nervous System, Breathing,Visual Training for Sports and Athletic Conditioning.
    She focuses her work on injury rehabilitation as well as maximising people’s athletic potential. She has a strong applied interest on the body’s nervous system and neuroscience and how it can be used to improve performance and help alleviate pain.
