    Mine own hair growth journey of success, I stuck to this daily regimen:
    Take early morning sunshine every day for essential vitamin D. Consume vegetables of different colours. Using paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra cocooonion oil. Important to keep in mind that hair growth is affected by general well-being as well as circulation and nutrition.

    Ultimate routine for healthy hair and to control hair loss and dandruff. 1. Scalp massage 2. Brushing using a comb made of neem wood 3. Avoid very tight hairstyles 4. Refrain from excessive heat styling 5. Protecting your hair from the sun 6. Stay hydrated 7. Good diet 8. Proper sleep 9. Hair Mask. After applying oil, keep your hairs in a hot towel for sometime 10. Applying warm oil on the hair and frequent cleansing with natural oil and shampoo cleanser from littleextrra cocoonioon 11. Yogasana with inverted positions that promote blood circulation and boost the hair follicles.

    Always wash the hair two to three times each week. Avoid oily foods. Massage your hair with natural hair oil 2 times per week. Use a wooden neem comb rather than a plastic comb. Use an scalp massager during washing hair with shampoo. Avoid strong, harsh shampoo. I have been using LittleExttra Cocoonioon anti hair fall Kit for the last 1 year, and I do not experience any hairfall now.

    I have improved my hair by doing all these things: Having more and more Vitamin C from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep daily, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using organic oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion twice a week. This is good to control hair fall.

    At last, I reduced my white flakes on the scalp and hair fall.
    Step 1: Massage hair oil and let it overnight or at least 1 hour for it to work.
    Step 2: Wash it off with shampoo.
    Next, Apply conditioner that you prefer to the roots of your hair.
    I used a mild and natural hair fall control kit by littleeextra cococonion for these steps as it's gentle and natural, and is known gud for hair fall control.
    If you have dandruff, put on lemon juice on your scalp minimum once a week prior to shampooing and rinse it out after an hour or so.

    Yoga is not a auto satisfaction trip...real yoga have to transform the mind in order to see other as more important as ourself or at least equal to ourself...
    If not it is just a lost of time....
