    Wash hair with lukewarm water, Use a satin or silk scarf while sleeping, Wash hair with diluted acv for shine, Apply liitleextraa coocoonino shampoo plus hair oil. This helped for my sister, and she reduced her hair fall with these steps.

      I am using Liitlleextra Cocoonioon shampoo for 5 months now and have gone through 3 bottles so far.
      Pros:
      1. It feels natural.
      2. Hair feels good after wash, especially if you don’t apply any hair oil.
      3. Hair fall has reduced a lot gradually.
      4. The scalp feels clean and it’s effective against dandruff.
      Cons:
      1. It doesn’t lather much, which means you might need to use a bit more.
      2. When I heavily oil my hair, I notice my hair remains somewhat sticky after washing, and a slight residue of oil can still be felt.

    guys, this actually works , in 2018 when i lost my job i was depressed and started losing hair, i had a lot of free time and wanted to spend it wisely so i started practicing yoga. my hair stopped falling off and I had really long and healthy hair. Now i work so much and have no time for yoga or for myself whatsoever and my hair fall started again, I hope to get some free time and start yoga again

      @@burnt_toastt at the time I wasn't even eating well and had so many health problems. Yoga was the only thing that kept me going, I was doing all these asanas and some more for spine and neck to improve the blood circulation. If you don't have any health problems that can cause hair fall then that happens because you are stressed and when you are stressed , your scalp is tense. work on that issue

      @@Aess20 it depends on practice..In starting u have to do it patiently n according to instructions n u can't do it for longer time n u will feel pain soon in body coz ur body not flexible na but when u do it regularly then u can do asanas for longer time

    VERY IMPORTANT : One does yoga is for Good health and yoga is really a great exercise and there's no doubt in that. But most importantly please make sure that you do all the exercises that were shown in this video with really a proper guidance and a trainer or teacher if possible because these exercises without proper knowledge, care, and guidence may lead to a disease called "Benign positional vertigo" which arises due to change in the pressure of blood flow towards head.
