This is a lot to take in for a beginner. Slower demonstration of fewer exercises would be a better starting point.

You can look up each exercise independently if you wish. Or read the blog post that goes along with this. This is a full workout routine, not an independent explanation of each drill. Maybe a short follow-along routine would be better suited to you; if so, you can start with my 7 minute follow along routine or my 12-minute beginner follow along routine available under the follow-along playlist on my channel @@tonykelpie

Summer I love your videos! They are educational, entertaining, well articulated and the editing quality is great. You bring the right amount of professionalism and personality. Overall you are a fantastic educator.
I noticed in one of the comments you are working on getting more views but have to use the platforms where you get the most attention.
One suggestion would be to create a beginner medium and advanced “Work Out From
    home With Me” series.
7 videos for 7 days running through an entire workout. That way users can run through the series every week and invite their friends. Obviously start with the beginner series as many will not advance.
I know that is a lot of work to create. But it may help drive consistent traffic to your wonderful channel. I wish you the best of luck and look forward to your success!

I dedicated this year to making full length youtube videos - I made 36, each one takes around 20 hours to write, film, edit and produce. I haven’t been able to get many views on them. Only on shorts. And because I’m living off my savings while trying to build this business I gotta go where the people are mostly watching which seems to be shorts! Hoping to one day attract more views to longer format content as I find it’s better for actually helping make a difference in peoples lives.
With comments and engagement like yours maybe that’ll happen! If you’re looking for more educational content I share a new blog post/free workout each week on my website Summerfunfitness.com

Great to hear that. Here's a more advanced version of this routine:
      - Cossack Squats instead of Lateral Lunges
      - 15 Min Handstand Work instead of Crow
      - Front Lever Pulls instead of Scap Pulls
      - High Pulls (pull ups to your waistline) instead of Pull Ups
      - Deficit Push Ups or HSPU instead of Regular Push Ups
      - Australian Rows with feet Elevated
      - Straight Bar Dips instead of Support Holds
      - Legs the same
