    I did this workout yesterday and I was SCREAMING at my TV because I was so angry doing the workout. It was so hard for the first few minutes. But I stuck it out and it ended up being a refreshing workout that you definitely will feel in the morning! I share this honesty with anyone who wants to give up just because it's hard. Stick it out, do the modifications if you have to, but let these lovely ladies work with you to go beyond your comfort zone. Thank you Anna, Lisa, and Rachel for helping me get the body I want with this intense workout!

    I've been doing various popsugar exercise videos for months once I'd basically done all of Jillian Michaels videos and I can honestly say this is one of the most strenuous ones I've done from this channel: great mix of cardio and Pilates and I am incredibly sore. The instructions are clear and she counts for you and offers modifications and much appreciated words of encouragement. Highly recommend!

    PHENOMENAL workout. She is one of the best instructors on your channel so far. She gives great instruction, is not over the top like a cheerleader yet keeps you motivated. And Rachel was the best. She kept with the modifications the whole time which you don't see often.

    I have tried so many kinds of workout across channels from hiit yoga to tabata to plain cardio etc. But this is one of my fav, I find myself keep coming back to this workout cuz it works my whole body and it's a mix of toning and cardio which makes it much more effective ❤👍

    This looks AMAZING! Thank you for posting it! I have tried other weight lifting exercises and they just don't flow as well as pilates and yoga do, I always end up with a crunched or strained neck. I kept saying aloud, this is so clever!     I have worked out along with this video every week for the last 4 years. I love this workout so much. I also do the Lisa Corsello video where Anna is pregnant every week. It helps me stay mobile even with my injuries.

    Such an intense and rewarding sequence! I've practiced yoga for a couple of years now, and wanted to try the allegedly more intense Pilates practices. I am not disappointed! This practice demanded a lot from my shoulders, which I don't work as much in yoga classes. I followed a ten-minute power yoga flow before starting this video to warm-up after reading some other comments about the quick intensity of the warm-up here.

    My body has been really tight and achy lately. Yoga's not usually my jam because I lean toward the high-intensity stuff. So, I've tried a few pilates instructors out and I got to say Lisa Corsello is the jam! I don't know how to express how much better I feel after doing this. I love all of the active stretches and pulsing- I got a good stretching session and I feel like a got my cardio in as well.

    This is so great. I live overseas and I have to b super self motivated to exercise by myself at home. It's hard and some days I dont want to do anything. But videos like this help me so much!!     I love doing pilates, but this is the first video of pilates I've seen with a twist...incorporating it with cardio workout. I actually love it! I know my body will be so sore after trying this workout. I will do this at least 2x a week.

    I had a very lazy day, so I chose an easy one training (as it seemed to me), but oooh god!! This one was really hard, even though I try to train every day with the help of DIFFERENT videos from the channel. I did it up to the end, but far from perfectly. Definitely going to repeat it until I like the way I do it.
