Lisa, you always offer fresh movements to challenge the under-used muscle groups. Thank you for the sweet release jumping movements at the beginning of the workout. This was such an amazing workout! Since I just started I was definitely incorporating the modified versions a lot (even though I'm not pregnant), but it was just as challenging for me. I really appreciated the tip that you can modify as needed as long as you are challenging yourself because that helped kept me encouraged.

Hi. Thank you for all your great Pilates workouts! I love doing them and I am able to manage for the most part, except for one small area of dificulty, which is pain and weakness in one of my wrists that prevents me from any pushing with my hands, especially on one side such as the side plank & up to down dog to touch the ankle. It would be much appreciated if you could show modifications for any poses that required to put load on the wrist that would allow me to continue doing these pilates without skipping a move. Thank you so much!

This workout is incredible. I looked at the clock and it said 18min left. After a few fun movements, I looked at it again and was surprised that only had 2 minutes to finish :O super fun and challenging!

Lisa is my favorite guest trainer! I always feel the burn during her workouts she's personable and down to earth but pushes you at the same time. Love it!
Lisa is one of my favorites, the moves aren't difficult but she layers them in a way that makes the move set so much more rewarding. That last side plank move was really hard on my hands though, might try them on my forearms next time.
I had neck surgery 6 months ago and trying to return to doing HIIT has been too painful on my back. This totally strengthened my back without too much intensity. Thank you!

It was a tough workout--I was looking for more pilates, this seemed fairly cardio-focused. I can't do a lot of jumping in my apartment--this video has a lot of jumping. Yes, there are modifications, but most of them end up being the same move you just did. It's a good workout outside of those 2 points--just a heads-up for those looking for pilates focus, or those who need low-impact.

Edit: Just tried this and felt like I was going to pass out, but in a good way you could say. 😂 I'm not that type of person who does pilates often, I'm more of a cardio/treadmill and weights here and there kind of person I guess you could say. This was something different and i liked it!
This is amazing. I am going on holiday tomorrow and wanted to do some kind of longer workout before the flight, and I wanted to do kickboxing and then I got a headache, so some pilates is perfect for that

My legs are trembling. Oh my that was harder than I thought! I mean the glutes part killed me! But I made it through and I'm so proud of myself and so do you who finished it. If you haven't tried it you definitely should! The feeling afterwards is so rewarding!! :D Thanks so POPSUGAR Fitness! Your have such an amazing variety of workouts for everyone's needs!!
Great workout. I hope it will be more workouts with pilates, elastic bands and kick boxing.😊 My favouirite wourkot is with Jeanette and Christa. 😊 I have sugestion, ( besides more exercises with elastic band 😉😊) maybe some deep strech workout... Deep strech for splits or deep strech for back. After that you feel amazing. I trained pole dance and deep strech ( 45 - 60 min ) was my favourite, because next time I could do my training easier and move to next step... I hope, you will think about that. 😊
God pilates is so tough to do and Lisa’s cardio segments also make everything burn while I gasp for air ah! This is still so hard! But so good and worth it
