I lost 50 lbs doing this video 3 times a week and weights 2 times a week. Still going strong! These videos make me feel liek Im at an actual workout class in the gym, only its more comfortable because i dont have to worry about other people (i have social anxiety). Thanks pop sugar! Im trying to conceive and getting healthy before conception is a huge deal to me you guys have helped so much and I love you!
Kit Rich is the best trainer on Popsugar Fitness!I have done this video (and all her others ones) hundreds of times! I am a distance runner and turn to her videos for strength/recovery/core etc. She really knows how to pack a punch while working the full body, leaving you energized and stronger than when you started. She is great about getting right into the workout & not talking too much or over explaining. She does a simple demo and dives right in. She knows how to encourage and push while still being intentional and sincere. I really never comment on any videos, so this is how much I love Kit Rich!
Best guest trainer you have on here. Finally someone who pushes to work hard and not apologize for it. This trainer instructs an actual workout, not a pretty performance like some of the videos. She seems to care that we get a good workout, other trainers give a HIgh-5 after 10 pushups and act like they just climbed Mt. Everest! Bring her back!

Absolutely loved this workout! I've spent the last few months of quarantine doing all of Raneir Pollard and Jeanette Jenkins' workout videos on Popsugar. And I have to say, this workout is definitely not easy! I sweat so much that I was literally sliding of my mat during the side planks hahaha For those who are interested, I managed to burn 516 calories (158cm, 54kg) during this workout :)
This is my favorite workout in the whole Popsugar Fitness collection because it leaves me feeling so much more confident and positive about my effort, ability and accomplishment, not just in the workout, but in other areas of my life too. Jennifer Lawrence gives awesome commentary and encouragement.

This. Is. No. JOKE!!!! I've been following the high intensity cardio workouts by Jeanette jenkins and Raneir Pollard (the best, btw!) on this channel, and I thought nothing could beat me anymore. But....WRONG! This is excellent strength training. Makes you sit back and evaluate the overall capacity of your muscles to ENDURE. I'll be stopping by on this more often to develop my endurance+stamina. Keep going! We've all GOT THIS!!!

LOVE this workout and great 45-min length. Challenging but very fun and goes by fast. Love the trainer’s enthusiasm and as always I love when Anna is in the class. I liked the cardio portion so much once I finish it I go back to the start to do it over again and turn the 45 minutes into about 75 ! Please get more workouts by this trainer!

Excellent workout routine! I love it. My abs have never been so tired. Those abs exercises at the end were very hard and very fun executing it. I really enjoyed. The trainer is very good at it. She kept me motivated all the whole time. Great workout for replacing the gym during this lockdown.!!!

Fantastic energy & motivation with some humor mixed in. I like this video so much because even though it was hard as hell, it was easy to keep going since the moves were only 60 or 30 seconds. Just when you think you're about to die and give up, it's over & you're on to the next move!

Update: Since the last update I've lost an additional 15 lbs! Eating lots of veggies and drinking water have helped too!
