    I know this is an old video, but just doing it in your weekly playlist and all I have to say is that is the hardest glute series I have ever done in almost a year of classes with you!!! dripping with sweat.

    That workout was amazing! The shakes and burns were serious on this one...had to take a couple mini breaks on the buns section just so I can remember to breathe 😄 Love when you incorporate new moves that challenge my body and my mind.     Another perfect flow. If you have time for a 40 minute workout, this is the one to do. Nicole works all of the muscle groups, adds bursts of cardio and ends with a wonderful stretch. I love your accent too! It’s the perfect calming and toning start to the day. Thanks Nicole 🙏🏻

    I have never been in so much pain as in this workout. I had to struggle with some exercise and needed to take a little rest in between, but I am proud that I fought through this even if I was in pain. your workouts are really the best and my favorite ones

    I have been following and working out to your videos for about a year now. This one has to be my favorite so far! It was the perfect amount of time, challenge for my body and the low impact works out great! I wake up at 4 am to work out in my living room and I try to keep the noise down so that I don't wake up my household that early. I was certainly sore the next day, and day after that, after this one. Thanks and keep up the good work!

    Beginning my Pilates journey after being a crossfitter and weightlifter for the last 5 years. Looking to do these workouts and get consistent 10k steps in as well. Very excited to give my body a much needed break :)

    I found this to be a very feel good yet extremely challenging workout but I love how you can get a great cardio workout without wearing yourself out with this class. My arms felt tired during the glutes round. But I am sure as I get stronger it will get easier to stay up for longer. ❤❤ thank you Nicole!

They honestly changed my life, and my body.     I’m gonna be honest, first time I saw that the video last 40 minutes I was a little afraid but I still try it and I finish it ! The explanations are clear and not too fast, even if it’s hurt I feel relieved. Good luck to you, don't get discouraged, you got it !

    Love this low impact cardio! Been having some knee and ankle issues recently with jumping but this was perfect- no pain at all and still got my heart rate up plus an especially good glute burn. Thank you!

    Hi Nicole! I absolutely love your workouts. I have wrist and shoulder problems and can't do a lot of the positions which put weight on my wrists or shoulders. I was wondering if you might be able to do a video or series that is geared towards people who can't put weight on their wrists? I have a lot of trouble finding exercises, especially for the upper body, that don't involve the plank position, so it would mean a lot! Thank you so much for your videos!

    Holy moly - 6 months post partum, have hardly worked out in that time, did a few of your shorter sessions last week, chose this one today and I am SWEATING!! Had to stop halfway through the glutes routine on each side the burn 🔥 and couldn’t do the roll ups at all in the abs section, really made me aware of what I need to work on to regain some of my pre-baby strength! Will be trying this over and over again until I nail the whole routine. Thanks!

    Hi Nicole! I have been doing your workouts 4 to 3 times a week for the past 5 months. Honestly, love your workouts. Sometimes I supplement the calmer ones with a 10 mins HIIT after. However, this one really got my pulse racing! Just wanted to say thank you for these great workouts. Also, I would love to see more 40mins/50mins/one-hour classes! I just can't get enough!

    Nicole, it’s definitely one of my favourite session of yours! I was kinda scared to do cardio workout cause had a week of yoga and more relaxing exercises, but this class was perfect. I was energetic, but not dying and pilates parts were so enjoyable and burning. Fantastic mix! Thank you for sharing this energy with us

    Hi, I love the gentle way you're running your class, it helps keeping it up.
    I have a question that you may be able to answer. When doing your abs exercises, I feel tension in my lower back and on the lower sides of my back but not in my front body and abs. I certainly do it wrong somehow but I can't seem to get it right. Any suggestions? Does anyone has the same concern? Thank you for your time.

    I'm so excited to try this out tomorrow! I appreciate the low impact! Sometimes HIIT cardio workouts involve so much jumping around that it can honestly start to hurt my head! Haha. Also, I love that it's a full body workout and not JUST a quad murderer.

    Your Videos help me so so much! I'm recovering from a COVID-Infection and was very active before (4-5 CrossFit sessions per week, lots of stretching, bouldering usually 2 times per week and riding the bike everywhere I go, around 30km each day...) it's very hard for me that my body is not ready to get going like this again, but with the help of your workouts I'm slowly gaining some strength and courage again, getting the feeling for my body and my muscles back. So I just wanted to express a BIG THANK YOU for that!!!❤️

    knee injury has killed my regular workout rutine - not only did this workout make everything burn, but i didnt feel any pain in my knee despite the squats, so gentle yet tough, game changer!

    Hi Nicole, this was my first class of yours.
    I think this is my favourite Pilates class of all time - even more than the studio I go to (which I love)! It was a great work out - I sweated and felt the burn 😄
    I particularly liked the twists, cardio bursts, interfaces with yogi poses, glute work, lunge+grab-your-foot stretch, boat sit-ups.
    I will save this in my favourites - I will re-peat this on my energised/high stress days. Namaste 🙏

    Nicole, I am really loving these combo classes! No time for boredom or fatigue as class goes by so quickly. Then I usually pair it up with one of your shorter ab or booty workouts. Thank you for keeping us fit!

    Oh my lord. The glutes section 😂 my legs gave up. I honestly thought the leg won't ever come down anymore, that I'll be with one leg up forever 😂 It was brutal

    Absolutely LOVED this class! Only discovered it today so I’m definitely going to be doing it again, my 6 and 8 yr old girls joined in for a little bit and discovered their gluts 😂 They also remarked how encouraging you were 🥰 Love your work Nicole ❤
