- Welcome to your 20 min power yoga flow. This is a dynamic full body
practice for all levels designed to help you cultivate strength with a powerful sequence of postures.
This practice includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to whenever you want a strong practice.
This style of yoga is definitely challenging but hopefully you can find what works for you and embrace the challenge with me.
The sequence includes a strong vinyasa flow with standing postures, standing balances, arm balances, backbends and hip openers. It's designed to give you a little bit of everything in 20 minutes.

Ah SO good Charlie! Just what I needed to move some stress and stagnant energy through and out! So many of my favourites too: I just love half moon, warrior 3 and humble warrior. And I always enjoy that satisfying side plank transition of yours 👌 Also, this all was such a good way to warm into Skandasana - it was lovely to feel my body was totally ready to go there for once, yay! 🙌 I also really appreciate the mountain climbers and also cuing the knee-to-nose between lunge/down dog as it helps me to engage my core even more 👍 Definitely coming back to this one 🤸♀
I've been meaning to mention, with those early poses - the frog squat and the twisting hovering table - I've noticed you seem to have quite dainty toes whereas I have quite long toes 😂which get caught and twisted on the mat in these kind of moments which feels awful. So I tend to place the feet quite deliberately with each of those twists, although it slows me down and makes it less of a flow, but protects my tootsies. I wonder if anyone else has this same problem and might be worth mentioning? Thanks again! So grateful for this channel ❤🧘♀

Thank you so much, I don't see why we shouldn't add all poses in, no matter what level, because there's always a way to dial the pose up or down to make it accessible so everyone can learn how to work towards the same poses.

Oh Charlie! That was challenging! And good! Managed to do about 80% of the poses and my fit young girlfriend who thought all my Yoga stuff was gentle and slow was impressed :-D

This was exactly what I was looking for! Difficult for me, but not too difficult. I’m so excited ! I held crow for about 4 seconds and then willingly released it rather than falling! ❤️

Short but wow, I broke out in sweat. The crouching down dog to lizard lunge sequence was surprisingly strenuous. I liked the surprising transition to revolved half moon, I thought it would have been a twisted lunge. The deliberate shift of weight to one foot develops body awareness and I hooked my foot in my palms in warrior 3 and that was pretty fun. The crow hold was great and core work with toe hold in boat pose was perfect.

I’ve gotten so strong with you that I’m able to do all practices except for all of the armstands - I really enjoyed this one. You don’t normally do interlaced fingers so it’s been a while. It was a little stiff so I adjusted (my weak spot) my shoulders my entire upper and middle backed CRACKED about 10 times sooooo nice. I could easily hold my hands together behind my back- which is new The combinations were super interesting. Even more than usual. And it’s fast paced. You are easy to follow with only cues so I didn’t have to look at you very often. I love how you challenge us

@@CharlieFollowsand I love it. I especially love how it gets my heart beating and there are a couple poses to grow into such as one legged plank, warrior 3, sweeping the leg up for warrior 2, and holding the toes with legs straight to name a few. Challenging, but not too challenging. 😊
