    The first time I tried this yoga workout in stopped within 3 minutes finding it too hard. I have been trying her yoga workouts for a week now always avoiding this one. Today I challenged myself and I completed the full 20 minutes. Just never give up guys it's all in the head !

      Your ego likes sameness and dislikes difficulty.. that’s why so many people stay stuck.. be willing to push yourself.. a marine buddy said to me once “challenge yourself daily”.

      I slowed the play speed to 75% so I could keep up. I’m 67 😁. I competed this yoga workout. When I was a YMCA member there was a yoga instructor whose yoga classes were always a challenging workout. This one reminded me of her classes.

    I love this video so much. I did it at the beginning of my journey with 138 kg/ 304 lbs and I still do it now with 88 kg/ 194 lbs at least once a week. Always reminds of my story and why I love yoga and your channel! Thanks for your work :)

    I have done This yoga workout many times And whenever I do this yoga workout It makes me feel so good in many ways 💪 If feel me soo toned especially my legs that's why I do workout every day and sometimes even twice a day I love this workout soo much And I love other workouts of yours to it makes my mental health and physical health really satisfied I think soo I have done alll of your workout videos atleast thrice I just love your yoga workout videos just wish you could post more of these kind of yoga workout videos btw I Rashmika 14 yrs old from I India and a really big fan of yoga workout videos they give lots of positivity just love doing them sometimes I even over do them 🤣💪💝

I am not a yoga fan, I always said it was too slow for me, I enjoyed spinning and running, but I have a knee pain, actually a very bad pain, and I can't do those activities anymore. I found your channel and I love it. I'm starting to like very much yoga. It's very difficult, sometimes it's horrible xD but I like it. You are a fantastic teacher. A big hug from Santiago Chile.

    This workout is the reason I can FINALLY do full body pushups! I have done CrossFit, strength training, cardio, and nothing ever strengthened and toned the right muscles for push-ups until THIS ONE. Thank you!!!❤️❤️❤️

    I lost 13 kilos in a month doing this 5 times a week 😂 I swear this is very effective. I can do it now without breathing heavingly or pausing.
    I still have difficulty with the flexibility and warrior 3 .

    I have to tell you something. I remember myself working out to this video 2 years ago back home. It was my dream to go to Canada and now I live in Jasper for a year. I can go to the same spot as you filmed this video and see all the beautiful places here. I still work out in my apartment and watching you being all around the world.     Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I'm 57 and ran all my life, but your workouts are awakening muscles that really hadn't been used that much. I appreciate your very sweet personality and have turned my brother and my niece and their friends on to you. BTW, if you drive through California on your trip, my brother owns a beautiful house overlooking a lemon farm and if you need a place to stay, you could stay with him and his wife. I'm in Boston, and extend the same invite. Thank you so much for your generous and kind spirit (it seems) while you share what you've learned about yoga and pilates, etc.

    I do your exercise 3 time a day. I drink 3l water a day, eat clean and sleep 6 hour a night. Amazing result. I lost 3 kg in a week. Thanks you

    I did this video the first day you uploaded it. I wasn't able to finish it and went out of breath very quickly. Now time passed, I've been doing you videos for two years and I'm able to do this video and do second pilates video right after !     I've been doing daily exercises which include Julianna's 21 day challenge, so I thought I've got this. By the time I reached minute 4 of this video, I was like, should I quit? This is so hard. I am glad I did not. I feel so good after completing this amazing exercise. Thank you!

    Beautiful setting, awesome workout, soothing voice, with a relentless, teeth-gnashing, torturously repetitive rift. Tragic. I couldn’t finish the class, because I didn’t want to start the day on edge. And I gratefully start the day with Boho 4 days / week. Love your classes.

    It's a burning hot 95 degrees here in sunny Santa Fe, so doing this session with you while you're freezing cold was both surreal and also gave me a sense of relief, knowing this too shall pass. Amazing class! I'm dripping with sweat 😅 feeling wrung out but thoroughly energized. Thank you 🙏🏼

      me too! I just did it at 0.75 speed. I find that she moves too quickly through the poses, but I do enjoy the challenge of her flows.

    Beautiful channel! I'm so glad I found it. Today was my first 'yoga class" and I'm so impressed. You don't rush the steps and you walk us through it at a pace a beginner can do. The only thing I had to do was look up some poses so I can do it with out looking at the video. Thank for you a wonderful work out. I can't wait to go thru you other videos.

    Up with my 4 month old at 5:30am did this workout followed by the 10 min core workout shot in the same place. Definitely gets the heart rate going! Determined to get rid of my baby pouch after a caesarean before summer holidays!! 🙈

    i am most grateful for this video, i truly enjoy it! it wasn't easy to get motivated in this endless lockdown , but as i get chubbier by day, this is the most enjoyable way to workout!
    may i just ask for one detail to be added if at all possible, could you please kindly remind us more throughout the practice as to when to draw in breaths and exhale? I never know if i am doing the breathing right.. thanks a ton, and namaste!

    I just adore this workout. It is 1000% mine, fits every part of the body. I've been doing it for 1 month now and I was just amazed how almost after 2 weeks of daily practice my body started to follow this workout without difficultes it experienced in the very begining when I could not even finish these 20 minutes without taking a break. Now, after only 1 month of daily practice, i easily follow it and these 20 minutes are already not enough for me and i am upset when it come to an end... It would be so great to have this workout at least 30 minutes long.... Maybe you record one, "updated" with few more excercises for slim legs? )))
    But anyway, love your page and your excercises and the way you generously share all those workouts with us. Thank you and best regards from Moscow!!!

    What an amazing workout, once again! I am doing your workouts for 2 months now and my body is so firm, especially my core, legs and arms, i love it! I feel so strong and lean. BTW, I have an 8 month old baby who is 25 pounds so it feels even better that I am strong, because it's not an easy job carrying him :D

    Well hello there lovely people! Glad to see you're back with new vids. Unfortunately i can't do it because i broke my arm and I can't put any whight on it. So here I am left-handedly writing this text, kindly asking if it would be possible for you to do one ,or more wrist free workouts (no chatturanga/plank/downward dog). I've been trying out other hands free workouts, but it's just not the same.I can also do my own thing and improvise, but I just really really miss working out with you! there,it's out :) I wish you guys all the best in your news adventures, I just know it's gonna be amazing!     Wow, it sure was tough, a lot harder than I expected. However it felt incredible after completing it. It gave a sort of sophistication feeling. I created myself a goal, sticked to it and completed it. Amazing!

    Thank you so much for this great channel! Starting this year with early morning jogging sessions got me a cold so I had to recover slowly which is why I started yoga for the first time in my life. This channel was the first I found and after checking out some others I instantly had to come back as this is just the most calm but also nicely challenging channel. Love you for this work. After less than 4 weeks doing those sessions each work day morning I am already able to go through whole sessions :-) Awesome u @"Boho Beautiful"
