      Yes I cried for the first time since covid started in March 2020 it's now September 2021 and so much has happened but I always held it together during months of home schooling, losing my job as a chef and sick family members until today when I listened to this in the bath and cried for a few minutes not as a weaknesses but to allow the emotions to clear. It will be a better future this year I hope.

      It can be a release or recognition of your misery of something in particular. Either way this is a great teaching moment that helps to provide clarity. Happens to me often while meditating.

    I needed this- I’ve been suffering extreme burn out working in a call center, with ADHD, while in school to work my dream job as a yoga instructor, but I had called out of work because I couldn’t even bear to go in and expose myself to all the negativity and hardships of each of these customers from the city. I’m a small town guy with ptsd and I had a panic attack because I don’t get paid for sick time and I keep getting ill. Where I’m getting at is, for a few moments, this meditation practice gave me hope and filled my body with light I know that’s there. I didn’t realize how much grey and murky energy was in me but it was like wringing out a oily sponge. Just kept coming out... thank you for helping me find me. I thank my body to allow myself to be a temple of serenity and love and wish that each day of whoever reads this will be filled with light and safety and warmth

      I worked in a call center too and also have ADHD. That job gave me so many panic attacks. I understand how you feel and I hope you can either transfer to off the phones or somewhere else entirely. I am rooting for you!

    I felt so at peace and calm after doing this. It was a weird feeling as if I was high when I opened my eyes. I truly felt as if all the worry and negativity left my body, mind, and soul. Thank you

      when I was concentrating on center between my eyes, a pin hole size light appeared and I felt drawn in, but then my mind wandered or something brought me back. I'm not ready I guess. but it was peaceful and calming nonetheless.
      when I opened my eyes, there was a moment of disorientation. the reconnection of mind and body maybe. beats me, I havent done much meditating. I really appreciate those who share these guided meditations. I have been loving my inner journey this past year. the 3d world, not so much lol.

    something amazing happened! i went so deep into the emotions with this meditation and when the bell first rang i simply just couldnt move my body. it felt like i was flying. it felt like something i never felt before. when the bell rang second time i "woke up" again and could move my body. but i never slept. it was an AMAZING sensation. thank you so much for this wonderful energy

      The bell really did something powerful to me! The first one I felt like my soul disconnected from my body, and the second one I felt my breaths again, and I woke up shortly after

    Sending gratitude to everyone with peace in their heart and those working to have peace in their hearts. Most difficult time in my life, yet I feel blessed that I’ve been given this incredible knowledge of meditation and mindfulness. I have the privilege of being able to read these genuine comments from so many people that I really feel love me, and love each other. Without ever meeting or seeing your faces, your kind words alone have made a physical and mental impact helping me to to be where I need to be mentally.
    I’m new to Mindfulness and Meditation and have only hit “THE ZONE” twice. Knowing I have so many people wishing me love and happiness feeds the vehicle I’m on to carry me above this level of negativity I’ve stumbled into some how.
    I’m no poet and lack the ability to articulate the gratitude I feel from your kind thoughts and prayers.

      covid is the best thing that happened to me after going vegan i feel,,, the world is cleaning up,,, people are forced to let go of modern slavery forced toxic jobs toxic habbits and transport,, just sad covid wont kill more people,,, too many humans making too many babies,,, we all asfixiate more and more by the number of humans needing more and more space to put us on top of each other in the smallest amounth of space,, feeling trapped in this clearly corrupted and toxic system,, that benefits the few ones who control the game of monopoly,, for them more babies more money,,,
      just go vegan stop making babies addopt minimalist meditate avoid working toxic jobs if you can,,, or better,,, have some time for yourself to think by yourself dont let the corrupted media tell you what you should be thinking of,,, they implement fear anxiety toxic thoughts new toxic words to divide us,,,
      ignore me
      id like to give many exemples but i would make them stronger,, just mentioning them,,,, thats why i always say corrupted m... ,,, never just the other (like always they will find new ways of turning our clever denunciations of them against something else (im not suppose to care what they think or do,, this is the best way to make them useless),,, oh dam my mind is still very very poisoned by those assholes,,, neightbors walk loudly it helps me not going crazy or knocking in walls/roof,, shes actually trying to restrain herself so i have to try to make some efforts too,,, but the radio intoxicate my mind and without the toxic radio,,, the heels make me agressive but active minded alive,, while the other numbs me to be respectful,,, (eating 0% fat really help an insane amounth tho.,, and is crazy cheaper so no excuses)
      ugh sry im trying to get rid of some of my toxic organicfatfoods reserves for moving appartment,, tho its worse and worse to find a place,, even harder to find a cheap quiet

    The first time I heard this guided meditation, I had a profound image come to me. Right when I was guided to envision white radiant energy, I saw a version of myself. She was glowing white and pink, and she was there for me. Like a good friend, I was treating myself with love and understanding. It can be so easy to be mean to yourself when you would never act or feel this way towards a friend going through the same things. Pure self love is helping me through these hard times. She is me, I’m not separating the two, but it’s easier to envision her as a person being there for me. Whenever I feel negative, I imagine her there, comforting me. It’s important to not shove these feelings down, to acknowledge these negative feelings, but to understand that I am okay and I am in control. Everyone deserves happiness and peace, including you.

    Every child should be taught meditation @ school. I couldnt control my emotions stress, deppresion,anxiety i found meditation later on in life it has helped me so much to deal with my problems. im blessed with all the content creators on youtube i am trully grateful for all the meditiation videos everyone puts out on there channels, if it wasnt for you guys i would be trapped in a sad world but you have helped me to find the lock and key to a different world ❤❤❤

    God I needed this, I randomly choose one asking the Universal energy of God's love to choose one that related to my state of mind and the world around me. This helps ground me and remind me that I am in control of my state of mine and feelings nothing or no one can make me feel negative or low unless I give them free real estate in my mind.     Haven’t meditated in so long until just rn ! This was the most powerful guided meditation I’ve had in so long it made me feel so peaceful so relaxed and so happy and good I don’t know why I would stop meditating.     I had never done a guided meditation until this one. I have been dealing with lots of mental illness as of late. Today I reached a place where I was feeling very low and even thoughts of suicide have crossed my mind. I figured I wouldn’t have anything to lose giving this a shot. Mid way through the meditation tears streamed down my face and I felt as though I was being cradled in the most loving arms imaginable. A deep love that is eternal. When the meditation finished I broke down crying. The tears were tears of relief. I have done mindful meditation before but never like this. I am going to make a point to practice meditation every day. Thank you so much for this video. You don’t understand how much this has helped. ❤️

    The Big Lesson I learned from the pandemic is flexibility with changes/adjustments, value life and time, and most of all the Journey Inward to maintain calm amid great uncertainty and discomfort!!     wow! I've never experienced anything like this. I'm pretty sure she had me hypnotized or something lol. It was so peaceful and my mind wasn't wandering in the first time in like forever. I think I was numb, or just couldn't feel my body.
    By the end I was starting to tear up....it was like I knew she was really my Source talking to me, through her. And her beautiful words were moving me to tears.
    That was by far the best meditation I've ever done.

    I just came out of the hospital with a small hole in my lung. Although it is best case scenario and I am discharged I am terrified. I was just praying reaching for guidance on the verge of a panic attack as I sit here and was guided to this meditation. Through tears, it really helped me feel better.     I just started doing these guided meditations 2 days ago, and in this one I finally got into "the zone." The first two times I did them I just felt silly, but this time I was able to get into a type of rhythm which was very nice and peaceful! I was able to focus a lot better and I'm very proud of myself for staying consistent and doing these meditations! Thanks for this and your kind words!

I am used to working 80 plus hours a week running a restaurant and since Covid has shut our doors, I have had a very hard time with depression and with allowing myself to relax.     At the start of this meditation I was having a panic attack. I was shaking uncontrollably all over my body and struggling to breathe properly. By the time it finished, I was still. This is the only meditation to actually calm me down and I will keep using it every time I have a panic attack. Thank you so much, I don’t know what I would’ve done without this❤️
