My mom is 97+, she eats plant based whole foods and occasionally fish. I am on my way to 73 and 100% vegan and I love to swim, bike, run, some rock climbing with friends, and play soccer with a team. All for pure fun and enjoyment 😊

I’m on my way November 6. I turned 74 and I still have my memory, I still can hear very well so you know I don’t have very much longer and Dr always tells me you’re the healthiest patient I have
