    Dr David Williams said that sunscreen can cause cancer, because of the chemicals in it😮 Recommendation from Dr David Williams ( healthy directions) is to use VITAMIN C POWDER and A QUALITY LOTION that you like. It does PREVENT getting burned by the sun and it REALLY WORKS, really really, I tried it out in Arizona where it was in the upper 90s while I was walking to Walmart and I didn't get burned so I knew that it worked.     My mom is 97+, she eats plant based whole foods and occasionally fish. I am on my way to 73 and 100% vegan and I love to swim, bike, run, some rock climbing with friends, and play soccer with a team. All for pure fun and enjoyment 😊
