    The videos of Satvic Movement have been a game changer for me. I have lost 12 KILOS in only 1 and a half months and have also reversed my High Blood Pressure issue. You may Question how I have lost that much weight in such less amount of time? The Answer is I have achieved that just by following Intermittent Fasting, a Satvic Diet, and along with that, I also do Cycling and Surya Namaskar every day early morning. I also consume plain Ash Gourd juice on an empty stomach every morning. I am very much grateful to Satvic Movement, especially Subah mam, for influencing me and changing my life. I used to be Overweight, Sad, had Anxiety issues and was also suffering from High BP. I have completely Reversed my high BP issue in just 1 month by following a Satvic Lifestyle. After losing the excess weight from my body, I feel so light, energetic, and agile that I feel like I am completely a new person. Satvic Movement has been a boon for me and the major source of my inspiration! Thank you Subah mam and the entire team of Satvic for guiding me towards the right path! :)

    I feel so good since one week . I started with some satvik tips. No oil sabji yoga wet pack coconut water . fasting . juice. Salad . I feel good now. Will continue to do until I lost 8 kgs. I am 59.7 kgs now. Want to reach 51 kgs. Thank you satvik movement .

    I started following satvik movement initially my weight was 110 kgs. I have pcod problems whenever I got periods it will last up to 20 days it was like hell for me some times I went to depression also. now my weight is 89 kgs with in 5 months I lost that much weight. My goal is to reach 55 kgs. I hope definitely i will reach my destination.

In the morning I used to drink Ash gourd juice at 8.30 am... After that I ate seasonal fruits in the lunch I ate 2 chapati with lots of veggies the chapati I made with multigrain in the evng I ate fruits in between I feel hungry I used to eat coconut and dates or banana,

    My question is regarding milk consumption.
    Here are some questions which is stopping me from excluding dairy from my diet.
    *1* . why is it that even if the milk is pure and cruelty free you tell us to not to consume it
    Even though pure Indian cow milk has many benefits .
    *2.* According to you people used to drink milk because they used to do lot of physical work.
    what if a person works that much in today's time, would you still not recommend ?
    if yes then why ?
    *3* Should a healthy child or teenager consume dairy ?
    if no Why ?
    *4* Why is it that even Hindu scriptures glorify the consumption of milk and milk products like milk ,yogurt and ghee?
    Even Lord Shri Krishna used to have milk and milk products according to scriptures.
    IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST
    PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
    *It's understandable that we should go for vegetarian diet as compared to non vegetarian BUT what are some strong reasons we shouldn't consume dairy?
    *It's my humble request,
    Please make a separate video on why one shouldn't consume milk and milk products. That would give more clarity about why should one go VEGAN .*

    I did Keto, in 6 months I come down to 77kg from 109kg. Just One meal a day for 180 days non stop. Key here is eating exact same food for all days. My go to meal was 7-8egg omelette with boiled chicken or mutton, or 500gms of pork or steak. Thats is it. and for sugar cravings, I used to eat strawberries, watermelon or mango.

    I am 22 years old my weight was 84 kg and after following satvic diet I loose around 33 kg. My query is how to tighten the skin after loosing lot of weight in small time.
