    Satvic Movement has helped me a lot in healing severe acidity, backpain ,right side leg pain. I was literally not able to sit for half an hour due to the backpain. Due to all this, I was going through health anxiety. I am now healed 90% following this lifestyle and will keep on following. Initially when I started to follow this lifestyle, I faced some weakness for 3-4 days, but then I started feeling fresh and more energetic. Sunbathing, enema and one time grain meal helped me a lot. Also I was able to lose 8kgs of weight in a month.

Me pcod patient hu with asthma..me ro badi beti 10 yrs ki he jo ki 22me ho gai thi, after that me conceive nai kr pai...after weight lose maine after 10 yr conceive kiya or bohot sundar bete ko janm diya jo ki bohot healthy he. Pehele me 86 kg thi meri puri pregnancy maine 67 me gai and thing is that my baby I diliver in 36weeks and his weight was 2.8 kg. Jo ki normally 9month ka hota he... We fast on ekadashi which comes once in 15 days which means we fast twice every month hence 24 times per year which is much better than fasting continuously for 1 month.     This video increased my faith in islam. Our prophet asked mankind to fast twice a week, three consicutive days a month and of course ramadan. Whole month of fasting.
    Moreover He asked us not to eat anything when not hungry and to eat 1/3rd of your hunger. ❤❤❤

    Alhamdulillah hum Muslims Year meh 1 month roza(fasting) rahte hai.aur har mahine 3 roza (aiyame bid ke)
    Har tus-Fri day bhi Roza(fasting) karte hain.
    We always stay fit and healthy ❤❤❤
