Life at 30 is just beginning, yet society often makes you feel that if you haven’t 'made it' in your 20s, you've missed your chance. It’s never too late to change your life.
@@Glamngrace1 many of the famous people make it in their 20s, but in reality the vast majority get it together in their 30s, 40s, 50s as they then have the skills and knowledge to get things done
@@glodusmuspell9069yes you can control your own mood… and you should do it. You literally choose to be angry, upset, hateful and etc… First lesson- is to recognise what mood are you in and willing change thinking of certain person/situation. And instead think of the best moment in your life…anything, any moment which makes you love your life and everything else. Second- do not go to bed in a bad mood. Same, change it. Meditation helps so much because it teaches you not to runaway from your problems, not to fight it. But simply recognise it , welcome it and let it go.

Say your gratitudes every single day…and stop moaning about your problems because a person next to you has bigger problems.

My wise dad told me this when I was getting started out on the own dime: THE LESS IT TAKES TO MAKE YOU HAPPY, THE RICHER YOU ARE. I never forgot it and over the years this nugget of wisdom has kept me grounded through both the good and the bad. Hope this resonates with all. Monetary wealth will never bring a forever guarantee on happiness.
How do you know if her dead husband didn't built everything and she just used him a sugardaddy. She said she doesn't have high-school degree and left home at 18y old. Don't everything indicates this.
58 without health is completely different than this. Without health, while in survival mode, no one is starting businesses, looking beautiful, traveling the world, and playing tennis. It can all change overnight. Take care of your health.
Pretty woman without even a high school degree and people believe a successful business woman. Guys she was gold digger and her husband possibly built everything and he was probably much older than her. That's why he passed away. Don't be naive 😂
Something that caught my attention was when she said "I don't blame anybody, it was my fault" because I heard someone say that successful people own their mistakes they don't go and blame everyone but themselves.
Self-reflection is key to a major success. You're taking accountability for your mistakes so that you can avoid them next time and do better. If you're always blaming others, you're stuck in the same cycle every single time you try to get out of it.
Yeah, but meaning exactly what? Shadow work, parts work, inner child work, observation meditation exercises, what? I’ve seen so many people go down rabbit holes calling it inner work and get nowhere or worse. I’ve seen so many people do this and decide to drop their existing life, usually get divorced, and set off on this new path to do what makes them happy or be true to themselves or whatever and I have to say I’ve never seen it really work out for them. I’m not being critical here, I’m genuinely curious if anyone has found a path through that emotional minefield. A formula for getting through it productively without getting lost. I myself have done a bit of this stuff over the years, and it has been interesting and enlightening, especially parts work, but I can’t say I’ve actually accomplished anything other than to realize that I’m complicated, and different parts have different perspectives and objectives. Id appreciate any insight or getting pointed in a particular direction. Thanks.

One lesson I've learnt from millionaires is to always put your money to work no matter how small. Don't get discouraged just because you can "only" invest like $100 per month. It can compound to tremendous wealth over the course of decades. The important thing is that you keep going!
My advice for who wants to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Thanks to my financial advisor, my portfolio is thriving, and I'm proud of last year's decisions.
Nice. People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 13 years, resulting in a $2 million portfolio.
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since everyone's situation varies, but I've worked with "Melissa Elise Kimberly Grace Flanagan " for years and highly recommend her. See if she meets your criteria.

True. I built our family house with my hands in my 29-33s, now I am 34. I settled down. I don't need much. I am happy with what I have. I don't want newer, better, more. I am happy with what I have. I enjoy my stable (boring for one) life.

@@husseinfaiz3397 I believe it is FINANCIAL elder abuse. If you look up the article in People magazine, it explains some of the accusations in the case. Apparently, Janet met and married Robbie Robertson when he was very ill with cancer. She supposedly lawyered up and had him sign a prenup and other documents that locked her in to his property and inheritance while he was vulnerable. The documents isolated Roberton's adult children from the inheritance. Robertson was wealthy from his career as a musician. In listening to this interview, seeing her persona, and reading the article, I think she's a sociopath. They are masterful at manipulating people. Consider reading the article and forming your own opinions.
That was my issue all through my 20s and 30s. The constant "when are you gonna get married", "when are you gonna have kids". Please stop saying that to people. Now in my 40s I finally feel free of the pressure. So glad I never listened to people and just did what I wanted (no kids, no marriage and loving it!) She is so right - trust your gut
I hear that! I learned a bit later, also. I hated being married or even having a boyfriend. Out of my 4 children only one of them cares about me. The others just can't be bothered. So, instead of being sad about what I don't have I happy with the one child I do have who lets me be part of her life. She doesn't understand why her siblings are like that. If I had known a long time ago what I know now, most likely I would have never married or had children. So much time, pain, sacrifice, money, work. For what? Not near enough return on all that I invested in them. If I could have skipped over the first 3 and only had my youngest, I would.
Liberal propaganda washed your brain. If you are happy good for you. You just missed the best part of life. You are poor. I work in HQ huge corpo. I see people like you everyday. Thanks God I decided to have family and kids. I work harder then single people but I have more in life.

Absolutely agree. NOT CARING WHAT PEOPLE THINK is the greatest attitude you can have. That is NOT to say be rude unfriendly or obnoxious. It's not caring if people THINK you are inferior, ugly, stupid, boring, don't like the way you dress, your friends or how you present yourself. Only YOU know your worth and that will be admired by those who love and care for you. Not caring is freedom and strength!
Building wealth requires disciplined habits, such as consistently setting aside funds for reliable investments. Effective financial management is a critical topic that many avoid, often to their detriment down the line. Earning money is one thing-preserving and growing it is another.
There’s a reason why investment strategies aren’t widely taught in schools. The examples you mentioned are well-aligned; the market downturn actually led to my first million. While some shy away from challenging times, I see them as opportunities-thanks to my advisor’s guidance, of course!
Investors should carefully manage their exposure and be cautious with new acquisitions, particularly during periods of inflation. Achieving high yields in a recession is often only feasible under the guidance of a professional or a trusted advisor.
Rebecca Lynne Buie has consistently been my top recommendation. She’s widely recognized for her expertise in financial markets and has a strong track record. I highly recommend her.

as a 62 year-old man in the corporate world, I often see women are held to a different standard so I've learned the women who approach business as she does, they will be successful. Great attitude, very impressive
I agree. Usually, men are only expected to be good at the technical “man stuff.” Women are expected to be a perfectly behaved planner and organizer while also good at the technical work. It’s a higher standard.
What she says resonates with me. I left corporate america because I was miserable in it. My passion is animal welfare. I started a dog walking and mobile grooming company. I work a ton but I am happy. I went to college because my parents forced me and so did pressure from society.
WOW! Good for you! You can be very happy at your accomplishment. Not just money, pride in doing something you love. I think that more women are finding their courage to pursue their passions. The very last of coverture was abolished in 1993! Women & minor children were considered the property of their husband or male next of kin less than 100 years ago. We've come a long way, still have far to go in other aspects. I love men, I just hated being married or even having a boyfriend. Having to depend on a partner is so limiting. Many of us feel behind because we didn’t focus on the right strategies early on. I’ve learned that it’s not just about saving but knowing where and how to invest. The problem is that most people let fear or lack of knowledge hold them back.
That’s the truth. One of the biggest mistakes people make is keeping too much in cash, especially with inflation eating away at its value. I used to hoard my savings in a bank account “just to be safe,” but it didn’t grow at all.
I hear you! My wake-up call came in my late 50s. I realized that without proper investments, I wouldn’t have enough to retire comfortably. It’s not just about putting money in stocks or bonds; it’s about having a plan.
I've always delegated my excesses to my CFA, Joseph Nick Cahill, since suffering major portfolio loss early 2020, amid covid outbreak. I'm now semi-retired and only work 7.5 hours a week, with barely 25% short of my $4.8m retirement goal after subsequent investments to date
After losing a chunk of my retirement savings in my early 50s, I reached out to 'Joseph Nick Cahill'. He’s a CFA with years of experience helping people rebuild and grow their portfolios. The best part? He offers free consultations, which was a game-changer for me.
Oh, I’ve heard of him! Joseph Nick Cahill has worked with all kinds of clients, from middle-class families to high-profile business owners. It’s not just about making quick money; he focuses on sustainable growth. His advice helped me avoid mistakes like over-diversifying to the point of dilution.
Lady Zuccarini's story is incredibly inspiring and a wonderful example of the power of self-belief and intuition. Her success is not only due to hard work but also her courage to listen to her own inner voice rather than being influenced by others' opinions. I completely agree with her: trusting oneself is essential, and as I always say, 'don’t be a prisoner of your own thoughts about what others think of you.' Also, a big compliment to the interviewer for his warm and genuine approach. He creates space for Lady Zuccarini to share her story in an authentic and powerful way. Thank you for this inspiring video!
She did also mention privilege.. Not to say I don't agree with her, I do but that's only part of the question. If you were living in USSR for example - opening a restaurant would've been impossible if you weren't born (or married) to the right circles.
What an amazing woman! I’m 22 years old, and I haven’t started university yet. I used to think it was too late, but after watching this video, my perspective has completely changed.
@kerry-j4m I couldn’t enroll in university due to my financial situation. I had to work, and as the years passed, we lost everything we owned because of the war. As a result, I never got the chance to attend university.
I'm 58 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for…
If you need advice, consider speaking with a financial advisor. Don't get me wrong, you can do it on your own, but financial advisors have a lot more knowledge and expertise in this area.
You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 9%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so I’ve been sticking to investing via an analyst
My CFA ’Sophia Maurine Lanting’ , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Thank you for saving me hours of back and forth investigation into the markets. I simply copied and pasted her full name into my browser, and her website came up first in search results. She looks flawless.
She is being so real. One thing really got me when she said, "I feel very lucky, I mean some people never discover what they are passionate about. " Sadly that is me, I am still not sure what I'm passionate about at age 36 and it is slowly deteriorating my mental health.
I seriously relate. As someone returning to normal jobs after going broke running a business, I feel miserable. Now I'm taking a tech certificate program hoping it will help me make investments so I can just stop working period. I'm a year younger than you and not feeling hopeful for the future because it really just seems like I'm living to work.
Like she said, most people never discover what they’re passionate about. I’m 52 and have never found it but you could go insane trying to figure it out. One thing to consider is that if you’re unable to be passionate about anything that is in your life currently, ie family, self improvement, healthy hobbies.. you’ll never find that ONE thing. Because you are the problem. Enjoy the life you’ve been given. Get a dog, or a bike. Get out of the rut and live your life today instead of worrying about the future.
Start 100% exercising, and getting in great shape, you'll all the sudden feel more inspired and confident. Don't let the media tell something is wrong because you have not found your passion, start small. It's so hard with social media we feel we're inadequate when we see these people. They are prob the top 1% do we actually do all those things the top 1% adhere to... likely not? (I'm criticizing you, but how many are willing, I don't think I'm willing...plus there's hard work, then a bit of luck) ..... Some same note -- Best of luck and you get out of your slump, we've all been there. Exercise is key for 2 reasons, scientific research show it reduces depression, metaphysically it moves the bad "energy" / "vibes" out of your body

Janet Zuccarini reminded me very much of that. I also love what she said about not worrying about what others think of you, that they're not even thinking about you!!!
This was such an amazing interview - she fully countered those cliché sayings with her knowledge and experience and made very contrasting statements regarding the topic. Kudos. ✌🏻
The more I see these interviews with millionaires the more I see they are actually passionate about their job or running and growing a business. I think this is one of the secrets to business, as it fuels your drive. I think many of us don’t have that drive and passionate. I think it helps to have both the passion in the business and desire for more money.
That's because they are in a position to make decisions. When you are making the decisions, it is easy to be passionate. As an employee you can be very passionate and still get laid off or fired. As an employee you are ultimately replaceable.

Yes, happiness comes from within. Yes, people who are motivated to do things fare better in life than those lacking motivation. I learned from observing/listening to a man at a family dinner. His daughter said that I should meet him and he was now slowing down a bit. She described a life of horror and unspeakable crimes he had lived through. At the dinner table, he asked people about their opinions, goals, families, what they liked about their jobs, education and experiences. He shared nothing about himself. Everyone was happy to speak with him. Since that evening, decades ago, I have modeled my behavior after him. I took pictures of the plaques on the wall, the awards, and threw them out. I don't volunteer information about my education, work experience or accomplishments. None the less, many people in the community know me on sight. I am happy to learn things about people. Whether you are the technician drawing blood, the homeless guy in the park, I want to meet and learn from you. So many people focus only on the tragedies in their lives . . . and talk incessantly about "the Ex". We all have tragedies, reserves, and bad decisions. So what?

When I divorced an abusive male people were afraid that I would fall flat then have to crawl back. Post divorce not only did I have wildly successful endeavors, but it also contributed to my health. I lost weight, started living by my own rules. People have said that I began looking younger every time they saw me. It’s such an inspiration to see a smart intelligent beautiful woman who built her own life for herself. I dropped out of high school too but ended up with a corporate job amongst all college grads making more money than my grade school friends. Changed course and started my own company with so many challenges and have felt down lately. This interview came across my feed for a reason. Thank you. 🙏🏼 So inspiring! Hope and Love to you all! ❤ Wishing all those on their personal journey to peace, love, and happiness.
Wow, Christina, you’re such a powerhouse! It’s so empowering to see a strong, intelligent woman like you carving her own path and inspiring others along the way. I can relate - I took an unconventional route myself, leaving high school but finding success in the corporate world and then starting my own business. It hasn’t been easy, and lately, I’ve been facing my own set of challenges. Seeing this interview was the perfect reminder to keep pushing forward. Thank you for sharing your story. Sending love and strength to everyone on their journey to peace and fulfillment!
I'm coming from European standpoint (Finland), here the culture is so different so she wouldn't probably fully grasp the mentality without living here for some time, so when I think about her question "Do you really need university" - as someone who has studied a lot of things (arts, social sciences, philosophy, languages etc.) I would say that yes, it has a big impact on your quality of life and broadens your horizon when you can understand better both yourself and the others and the world around you. Studying arts, culture, language enriches your spirit - I would never regret studying.
I think she meant learning in a gov approved institution and getting a paper that’s not unique to the individual vs varied self study. Not everyone makes for a pupil type where they passively listen to a teacher
I respectfully disagree. I was also born in Europe, went to college there, got 2 additional degrees in US, and let me tell you, you are wrong. People can learn about arts, history and philosophy etc on their own, without taking a student loan or paying a university for it. There is so much useless stuff, fluff, that I had to learn and pay good money to a university just to read a book and be tested from because " was part if the curicullum". Half of a 4 year degree classes are completely useless. A true engineering degree can be earned in 2.5 years, but hey, how the universities justify charging for 4 years? I will allow my children to follow their passion. A carpenter or plumber makes a lot more than the average engineer in US, and can work his own hours, be his own boss. I think you are not familiar with the US education system and corporate America. You see it that way because university education is free in Europe and The Commonwealth. US is set up differently. I agree with this lady 100%.
I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards early retirement and financial freedom, but since covid outbreak, the economy so far has caused my portfolio to underperform, do I keep contributing to my 401k or look at alternative sectors to meet my goals?

What a wise woman. Waking up every day in a good mood is the best advice.
Do you know how to do it? If you don't, it doesn't mean nothing. If you think you can control your own mood, you are wrong
@@glodusmuspell9069yes you can control your own mood… and you should do it.
You literally choose to be angry, upset, hateful and etc…
First lesson- is to recognise what mood are you in and willing change thinking of certain person/situation.

Something that caught my attention was when she said "I don't blame anybody, it was my fault" because I heard someone say that successful people own their mistakes they don't go and blame everyone but themselves.
Owning your mistakes is also something that employers value almost more than anything.
@@Chahlie Don't try to do this if you are employed.
Own it when on paper, but wear bodycam in public that seems to be the way it's heading?
Self-reflection is key to a major success. You're taking accountability for your mistakes so that you can avoid them next time and do better. If you're always blaming others, you're stuck in the same cycle every single time you try to get out of it.
And spiritual people too. They know they didn’t listen to their gut feeling and so they have only themselves to blame.
No wonder she is successful. She did innerwork, that's very very important in every area of your life.
So true! We don’t do enough inner work. Always blaming others. Great comment

Your advisor must be really good. How I can get in touch? My retirement portfolio's decline is a concern, and I could use some guidance.

I completely agree with her: trusting oneself is essential, and as I always say, 'don’t be a prisoner of your own thoughts about what others think of you.'
Also, a big compliment to the interviewer for his warm and genuine approach.
Yes, her life is an inspiration. It's not without some pitfalls, though. If you google Janet Zuccarini, you might see her differently.

What an amazing woman! I’m 22 years old, and I haven’t started university yet. I used to think it was too late, but after watching this video, my perspective has completely changed.
TOO late at 22 ??? You're just getting started ole youthful one. LOL. What's stopping you from going to college ??? I'm very curious.
Could you possibly recommend a CFA you've consulted with?
Many more people than you think are in this situation, it is the consumerist society that generates these ideas that have no basis.
Don't worry. Time is just coming.
36 is early to realize your passion..
It will strike you at the right time.
At that time, go for it with courage.
I used to be passionate about my business and i lost it when my Daddy Dearest passed away. He was my mentor and advisor 😢 early this year i promised myself that i will be more driven. I inherited a 23 bedroom airbnb from my Dad so i need to get my drive back

Her family was established in the restaurant Industry and her family were the first and leading importers of espresso in Canada. I think a lot of these self-made millionaires have very interesting back stories that aren't being told. There are other women who claim to be self-made, but their families helped them up. So, it's not the same as someone coming from nothing and forging their own way, although, she has done well for herself, her family help pave that path. He father made a family name that had a lot of recognition and clout. She also got a lot of experience growing up in the industry. That counts for a lot.

Musician Ricky Nelson sang a song back in the day called "Garden Party " -- To paraphrase his lyrics, 'you can't please everybody but you gotta please yourself ' -- Never strive to just "fit in." Also, the song by Whitney Houston. The greatest love of all is learning to love yourself. I'm still working on that.
She's so pretty. She is very inspiring. If she is 58, aging isn't so bad. I'm in a hard time right now and she is giving me hope. 🥰
I don't know you; I want to tell you that if you persevere through the hard time you're having, it will get better. I've been through some desperate times. For 10 years after a divorce, I lived in survival mode, working on a project that I knew would pay really big, just didn't know when it would pay off. It took me 5 years, sometimes living on 1 egg per day for a week at a time. A farmer who lives close to me, kept chickens as pets. He gave me eggs several times; it really carried me.
Please hang in there, tomorrow is another day.

What an awesome and wise lady. Key advice: Do your inner work ❤ Thanks to this channel for featuring her 🙏
The more I see these interviews with millionaires the more I see they are actually passionate about their job or running and growing a business.
As a just-turned 59 year old ambitious woman, I appreciate this interview! Thank you! Well done 👍.

I'm 41 and a lot of people let me know I'm old, because I already have gray hair and it's hard, there's no other way than to just filter out who says what and keep going. I've learned that the right people don't care how old you are, they care about what kind of person you are and those are the ones you wanna listen to.
She is the truth, all words spoken were authentic. She deserves all she has possessed from the eyes on the outside in, but only God knows the full story and I just pray that God continues to bless and protect this lady because she seems like a pure soul, not many level headed fortunate people you’ll find out here; so I give gratitude to all the ones who have infinite funds but don’t present themselves as being more superior than the next man/woman. Great interview. I pray we all make it where we wish to be, and see all that we wish to see; not divided but guided by Angels under the Kingdom of Heaven.
Janet is such an inspiring and beautiful person, I love her personality
So what?
I love this interview. It felt so raw. No bullshit.
What she said about restaurants being busy is true. Just because a restaurant is fully booked, doesn't mean it's always making money.

Agree completely her comment was so ignorant and it’s obviously she built those Restaurants with her husbands money 😂
I think she meant learning in a gov approved institution and getting a paper that’s not unique to the individual vs varied self study. Not everyone makes for a pupil type where they passively listen to a teacher
The quality of the schools in the USA have severely degraded. It’s not what you are imagining or talking about for your country.
