    I too have started three months back Satvik movement method and have lost 14 kgs and my thyroid problems and back and knee or joint pains are slowly going away. I have become flexible too.

    Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 minutes workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

    I am a CS student and following this diet. Its been 3-4 days only but I'm so much invested into it. I was feeling like this is taking up all of my time and I will not be able to cover my studies at all! But her story motivated me even more. Now, I'll give my 100% and follow the whole diet as well as manage my studies.
    Apart from this, the diet is already making me feel light & more active. I have started to feel that this will help me more in my studies and even other goals that I am pursuing, I'll be able to give my fullest. 🤗

      Hey guys... I was having a really busy and hectic schedule and was on the diet on and off or followingit partially.. so I haven't gotten entire results yet. Especially regarding my weight but I've been overall active and fresh. I make sure to workout 60 mins, sunbathe for 20-30 mins, drink the juice regularly and follow the remaining diet but with a few cheat meals here and there. I have not been having any acidity problems which I used to have earlier , my digestion system is better than ever and feel calmer by mind. 😊 I will gradually start following it more strictly.

      Pehle din toh laga bahot mushkil hoga but nahi asan hai..jaise mai follow karti gai two three days ke baad normal lose motion hua ..but aab thik hai.meri skin bhi thodi clean hogyi hai..nind bhi achi aati...hai..subah mai bahut fresh feel karti hu 4 days yoga aur three days Sun bathing with jogging karti hu..bahut light feel hota hai...and subah alarm ko snooze nahi karti...mujhe bilateral Pcod hai aur thyriod bhi...weight bhi jyada hai..but 3 months se exercise kar rahi hu.. but satvic movement food shuru kiya hai

      Kindly don't follow their satvic lifestyle they will ask you to join Facebook group and they will not give you proper guidance moreover they are so sure whether they can treat you or not but they said this lifestyle will heal you but after 3-4 months when you don't get any result and you would like to share your experience they will delete your post and remove you from that Facebook group.This is what they do. Kindly don't ignore this post.
      This is my personal experience they did this thing with other person too.One girl shared vitamin B12 report in which everyone can see B12 level dropped drastically in 3 months which us extremely bad for the body there team immediately deleted that post as well.

For that not necessarily you need to follow some organisation, but if u r capable of doing that yourself then it is also fine.

    I am 25 and suffering from many illness. Like migraine, cold,cough,allergy,body pain etc... I also started following this diet.. It's been 2 days only.. I hope I would reverse all my health issues soon. My life was almost hell for 2 years.. But since I started doing daily exercise in morning, sunbathing and some healthy juices. I feel some relief but only to small extent , I'm ardent believer in nature power more than science and medicines.. One day i found satvik movement videos.. It sounds so convincing to me.. I told my mom and she encouraged me also to try this... Now I m following this.. I hope mother nature would cure m.. 🥺🥺

Instead I m following healthy diet like sunbathing,steaming, jal neti,yoga, nourishing juices, soups, salads, veggies.. I stopped eating junk and sreet food.. And I'm feeling so much change in me.. I'm healthier than before..

      even i am following this diet since 5 months because i wanna reverce my thyroid but its not completely reverced yet i don't know why she is claiming that this diet can reverse diseases in 3 month but that's actually not true i can see that my thyroid problem has reduced but not completely reverced i am now planning to extend it for few more months.and this diet has made me skinny too as it doesnot contains pulse and legumes but mostly veggies and lastly it doesnot tastes good at all

Pure plant based food.. But abstaining from milk, all healthy foods I couldn't understand.. Milk is not good may be. But Turmeric milk is really beneficial and cure for many diseases.. I have lost my 3 kg I hate it.. I will continue my healthy diet but not like this
