    Tip
    1. Avoid Salt/Sugar in Juices
    2. Drink slowly, taking one sip, mix thoroughly in your mouth, so to mix it with saliva for better digestion.
    3. Good for Morning/Evening drink.
    4. Avoid in night.
    Pro-Tip
    1. Left over grind veggies are not waste. Try to use it for different purposes.
    2. Use as Scrub, Add it to your plants as compost.
    3. Veggies:Fruits :: 80:20
    4. Slow Pressed Juicer is better. But don't worry.
    Make Juices with whatever you have.
    Juices
    1. Beetroot Juice : Apple+Beetroot+Carrot
    2. Green Veg : Bottlegaurd+Spinach+Apple/Pear
    3. Sunset Juice : Carrot+Orange+Papaya
    You can add Ginger, Mint, Lemon to add to flavors

    Really amazing juices. I tried juice fast for one day only and my skin glowed for next 5 days.
    So now I hv left chai n started taking juice whenever I crave for tea.

    Dont throw the soild part after removing juice.
    For a veggie residue- I make a bhaaji to eat with rice like a meal or use it in making parantha stuffing.
    For a fruit residue- I use it as body pack.

      For veggies residue..try this recipe..roast some till/sesame seed, black pepper,jeera and onion/tomato if you want to..add the pulp..steam cook for sometime...and then switch off and when it's cooled then grind it with tamarind

    With the remaining fibre from carrot/ beet/ lauki juices we use it:
    (1) kneed the dough using fibre
    (2) make sabji with aloo
    (3) use in face pack
    (4) halwa but since the fibre lose some of its sugar and juice content we add natural sweetness in halwa
    (5) add while making multigrain khichdi
    (6) sometimes gove it to our maid to make sabji for herself if the fibre leftover is too much
    (7)also as food for cow if we have too much
    I think the uses are endless, we can surely find ways not use it and not through in a dustbin

      is it okay to filter out juice leaving the fiber, if we have fiber we can’t drink it if we take out are we leaving out nutrients and just getting some juice and rest the water we added?

    1) ABC juice: apple, beetroot, carrots, ginger(a small piece), mint (optional).
    2) Green juice: Cucumber, spinach, mint, apple, ginger. At last, add some lemon juice
    3) Clean carrot juice: Carrot, papaya, orange (take out all the seeds).
    The leftover fibre can be used as compost.

    Great video. As a diabetic I was told to never drink straight fruit juice because theres too much sugar and it's too concentrated especially if it doesn't have the fiber in it. I use a Vitamix and put the whole fruit or vegetable in, Right under the peel or outer covering is where a lot of the vitamins and minerals.

    I use the roughage for making satwic roti. Whole grain atta is mixed with this roughage to make dough. With little ghee delicious roti is made.

    Extract carrot juice 1st b4 addiing other ingredients and then use this carrot pulp to make carrot halwa with milk, ghee and nuts . You can addsome carrot juice( a little bit ) while making halwa . . Later extract the juice of other ingredients and mix the juice. You hardly will have much roughage left in the end !

      Halwa with residue doesn't taste good. As usme carrot juice hi nahi rahta. Its just fiber . I tried once long years back n it was 🤮

    I made halwa of the residue (of ABC juice) using jaggery- guilt free!!
    Believe me, it was way tastier than the carrot halwa we get outside.

    Mix the residue with your atta to make satvic roti. If that seems less in quantity then grate a little bit of cucumber to maintain the water ratio in your dough.
    This is absolutely waste-free and sustainable.

    I use the fruit fibre along with millets powder to make pan cakes... Then the fibres from ABC juice i make it a side dish with tadka.. It is very easy and tasty.. Since no cutting of vegetables involved..

    Hello, ABC juice and green juiceI m consuming for many years,
    But Yellow juice tried first time and it was super delicious.
    I do not strain the juice , consume with fiber only.
    Residue of yellow juice used as body scrub by adding oats atta and powder of pink masoor dal.

    Roughage or fiber :
    I make
    1. Make rotis or parathas
    2. Add in rice or khichadi
    3. Add as gravy to subjis
    4. Make chutney with green fibers & add all chutney spices
    5. Add to sambhar
    6. Make halva with red fibers leftovers by adding sooji or oats with sooji
    7. just eat the fiber as is later
    8. Add beet red fiber to pav bhaji to enhance color
    9. Make muffins or cake with the fiber
    10.Make puddla , handva , muthiya or gatta for gatta subji .
    11. Where there is a WILL, there always is a way 😅

    I mix the leftover fibre with hung curd (I am not a vegan) to make dips to go with my salads sticks, sometimes I just add the fibre as it is to my salads. At times, I add the fibre to cheelas/pancakes and/or wholegrain cookies/cakes, etc. that I bake for my little one.

Made gajar ka halwa after juicing 😜 after juicing though...it turned out so good!!!! Yes..also used some mixed with dumplings stuffing...so good! Thank you once again!!!yes I lost 5 pounds in 2weeks by following your shown steps! Cannot do everything you say..but tried to follow as much as possible. Am still working on it!!!😊

    U can use the leftover fibre by adding it to the chapathi while preparing the dough. It gives a enticing taste to the chapathi. But make sure to wash the vegetables thoroughly.

    Hello Mam, I have a question. In your book Book 1 you described that we should only eat sweet fruits with sweet fruits. We should not mix sweet with critric fruits. In this video you are adding orange and papaya(sweet) together. Is this right to mix them together?

    Is it ok to take citrus fruit with papaya and carrot? Can we use copper spoon to serve lemon juice? When we can add salt to juice and when not? Should we consume one item juice or a juice with several items? Now these all became quite confusing

    We can make make vegetable paratha with leftover vegetables ….. actually after removing all the juices the fruits and vegetables will not taste good… so putting it in plants is the best option

    I would like to request you to study further on the juices. For example you told to avoid red juice for diabetes patients, but it works as medicine for diabetes. I am a live example of it. My sugar level was more than 450, I used plant based food including red juice in the morning. My diabetes reversed in five days. So all juices in this video are medicine for diabetes patients.
