    I want to say that I've done this work out twice a day every day (except for 3 days total) since I started using it which I believe is over a year ago now. I even did it when I went on a vacation because it's nice and quick but deeply effective. I want to say thank you to the creator of this workout and for posting. Dietary changes and limiting cheat days has made such a difference. I never thought I'd have abs or definition at 35 years old. It's a real gift, thank you.

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this workout! It's incredible to hear that you have been consistently doing it twice a day, and even while on vacation. Your dedication and commitment are truly admirable. It's also great to hear that you have seen such amazing results from incorporating this workout into your routine and making dietary changes. I'm sure the creator of this workout will be thrilled to hear how much it has helped you. Keep up the great work and congratulations on achieving abs and definition at 35 years old. That is definitely something to be proud of!

    Your right, a flat surface is necessarily. I’m not allowed to do sit-ups anymore. Or any kind of twisting from the waistline. This is Due to my bone density condition. So, I’m looking for other ways

    • @thatspp4503
      @thatspp4503 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Try to increase your bone density with vitamin D, K, Phosphorous and Calcium. Better is yo eat calcium rich food like 2, 8 oz cups of fat-free milk or its equivalent like low-fat cheese, custard, low-fat ice-cream, etc.

      Drink only water after dinner. Wake up and do the exercises. Do extra after a month. In 2 months I was amazed. Doing on empty stomach also burns more fat.

    How many weeks do i have to do it until my belly is flat?❤

    • @body-now
      @body-now  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there! The amount of time it takes to achieve a flat belly can vary from person to person, as it depends on various factors such as your current body composition, diet, and exercise routine. Generally, it can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks of consistent effort to see significant changes in your belly area. However, remember that everyone's body is unique and progress may vary. It's important to focus on creating healthy habits and being patient with yourself rather than setting a specific timeline. Keep up with your efforts and you will see results in due time. All the best!

      You're welcome! I'm glad you're going to give it a try. It's always a good idea to wait at least 30 minutes after dinner before doing any physical activity. This will give your body enough time to digest the food and avoid any discomfort. However, if you feel like you need more time, listen to your body and wait until you feel comfortable. Remember to always stay hydrated and warm up before starting any exercise. Good luck!

      Yes, it is generally safe for c-section females to engage in physical activities after 3 years. However, it is always best to consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine. Your doctor can provide personalized advice based on your individual recovery and any potential risks. It's also important to listen to your body and start slowly, gradually increasing intensity and duration as you feel comfortable. Remember to always prioritize your health and well-being.

      Wow, it's great to hear that you have been incorporating these exercises into your routine! I can understand that the cracking and popping in your knees and hips can be concerning, but keep in mind that some degree of joint noise is normal and should not cause any pain or discomfort. It's wonderful to see that you have already made progress in holding your legs up straight for 5 minutes, keep up the good work! Consistency and patience are key in achieving your fitness goals, and I have no doubt that you will continue to improve with time. Keep pushing yourself and listen to your body, and you will see even more progress in the future. Best of luck on your fitness journey!
