Eleni, I have to tell you these workouts are a godsend for ADHD brains like me. The combination of coordination, balance, cardio and muscle activation switches on my brain just like at a ballet class. My brains works so much better the rest of the day after doing these workouts! And they are so fun and challenging! Thank you! ❤❤❤
