Wow I would argue 10 min is all you need. I'm sweating and out of breath. The small movements are sometimes harder. Awesome workout! I don't like working abs, but standing is so much better. Thank you!

this is a perfect workout on those days when you just want to do something lighter (still amazing) or when you want to put together an exercise plan for the day from shorter videos
Thank you so much! I love this short and focused classes. There is absolutely no excuse to not include them into ones daily routine. The instructor and exercises are great and well balanced… reduced to the max!
With someone with a bad back, these moves were amazing. I actually felt my abs contracting way better than if I did them on a mat laying down. Thank you for a back friendly workout😊
I have to agree! I have scoliosis and trying to do floor exercises makes my back feel like it's on fire (and not from working out)! I've basically had to come to terms if it's a floor routine I can't really do it, so always excited to see a standing one!
