Yay! It's been a month since I started my daily workout with Eleni. These videos save me time since I can do these at home during my break time. Plus, I love the music, and the routines! Not boring at all! In 1 month, I noticed my body has become more flexible and more energetic. I also noticed lesser body pain compared before. I used to have back and sciatica pain, but now my body is slowly becoming better! Thank you!

I just completed 102nd day of my belly workout excluding 16 resting days for almost over four months ! Glad to see my will power to be this persistent in my exercise routine ! Proud of myself and my mind for leading my body and itself in healthy noble direction cultivating healthy noble habits !
I just completed 91 st day of my belly workout excluding 11 resting days ! So proud of my own consistency ! Also yesterday I didn't take an afternoon nap that boosted my confidence and today I had nine hour thirty minutes sleep getting back on early to bed early to rise track ! Yesss ! Finally !

Ya absolutely I hate super man exercise it's so boring plank and mountain climber are still ok there are many lying down ab exercises which i absolutely don't like !

I just completed my 134th day of belly workout today excluding 35 resting days in between ! Hush I was to do exercise for thirty minutes actually one hour but now I am hungry I need food so twenty minutes only today ! But something is better than nothing ! Thanks for the ten minute continuous workout video ! Little exhausted needed more but enough for today !

i used to struggle from severe back pain from my scoliosis surgery & i lost pretty much all my flexibility😭 these work outs have brought my exercising personality back and i actually enjoy moving my body again, thank u so much eleni! ❤

Wheeeeeeeeew!!!!!! 3rd time here. Second time was 4 mnths ago. I feel better after this routine than i do after several days or several weeks of doing others that just strain my neck muscles and hurt my back. I feel it deeeeep in my core, and it was FUN so I didn't have to be counting down the time. Over before you know it 👌🏼✨️
I am happy ro complete 59 daya of belly workout excluding only five days off in between ! I am happy at least in my consistency in doing exercises and meditation ! From today on similar dedication towards study and piani and guitar 🎸 !
Hey Eleni, could you perhaps make a video with exercises to improve balance? My balance is not great and probably never will be (I actually had physiotherapy for this and some other issues as a child, but still: not great), but if I could improve it, that would be great! Your balance seems incredible! Other workouts have improved it somewhat already, but this would be a nice addition
Finally I completed 130 th day of my belly workout today excluding 33 resting days in between ! Not to have a single resting days for belly workout henceforth even if it means five minutes daily workout but no resting days in between !
