    Team Everydaywarrior,
    how are we feeling today? Hope you enjoyed the rest yesterday.🤗
    Let's smash this DAY 14 - it's going to be another INTENSE Full Body Tabata (HIIT),
    yet knee friendly, because it's always nice and good to let them knees recover even without having knee problems specially. Health over everything. We train to be overall: fit | functional | healthy. ❤️
    Tabata Style and fun Music by = Mood Boost.
    As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
    There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping for example.
    Let's do this. Win your day and earn your biggest sweatiest smiles! 🤗💦

    One of my faves for sure! I love it when workouts contain standing abs exercises. This workout is the perfect blend of fun and sweat!

    This workout definitely got me sweaty. It doesn't have any lunges or real squats, but it does have a lot of jumping. As someone with intermittent knee issues, I would look for something else if my knee was flaring up.

    All I can say is WOW! Such a great combo of moves. Music is good. I was singing along and counting down with the tabata. I absolutely love your cardio style. So have so much energy it’s amazing to workout with you.

    Es ist so als wüsstest du immer was ich brauche 👌🤣. Es war super . Mein Tag auf Arbeit endete etwas launisch und dieses Workout war so perfekt um alle negative Energie rauszubekommen .     Wow that was amazing!! I’ve always been an athlete but lately because of life kids and health issues I’m at my level of out of shape. With knee issues and downstairs neighbors this was perfectly on point! I’m so glad I found your channel my body feels challenged and happy.

    Update! I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now. I had knee issues along with out of shape. So much stronger with my own body weight. I’m not shaking all over the place and my knees can still do it! I’ll keep at this until i feel strong enough to add some weights. Thank you!

    Ich liebe es 🤩😍 Das witzige ist einfach, dass ich eigentlich kaum bis gar nicht schwitze, außer ich mache bei 30 Grad Sport, ABER du schaffst es das ich bei jedem deiner Workouts schwitzend am Boden liege 🥵 Das Gefühl danach ist aber immer unbeschreiblich gut 🔥

    Mega geschwitzt, aber habe es komplett durchgezogen. Bei jeder Übung hab ich gedacht, komm, die schaffst du auch noch. Maximalpuls war bei 171, was bei einem Workout zu Hause für mich echt krass ist. Sonst hab ich so einen Puls beim zügigen Joggen. 😅🤣 Fand es super klasse heute!!! 🥰😍💯💪

    This was a blast! I liked tabata as always, only 20 secs of work and no repeat so I need to do each exercise as best as I can!
    Love that there's no squats or lunges at least to rest my knees lol 🤣💝💯
