Only thing is kind of hard to see videos cuss light but I know there nothing you can do about that! But I love the variety!!! Your going to sweat doing her videos that for sure!!!!

Aber das Glücksgefühl gigantisch! Und einfach ein Feedback: ich finde es super, dass du auf monatliche Pläne umgestiegen bist! Lässt sich besser mit dem eigenen Alltag und Terminkalender planen. Hatte nur heute das Zeitfenster für ein so langes Leg workout. Da muss das Neue schweren Herzens eine Woche warten ;) Danke für all deine Arbeit für uns!
Ok I am extremely proud that I could survive this workout 😅🥵 I used 2x7,5 because 2x10 would have been a little too much with the length and intensity of this routine. Holy moly my legs are shaking. I don't think I can get up, I need to spend the day here, lying on my mat🤣 apart from the fact that I died, I must say you have by far the best videos I've ever come across. I've never had so much fun and I've also never been so looking forward to every single time I get to work out with you. You taught me how to push myself and for the first time I can actually see I'm much stronger and I still cannot believe that I am able to so so many things unimaginable before. Now i wonder how you do to train outdoors in such cold weather. Could you share please tips to be able to withstand the down temperatures during the exercise because i'm honestly very cowardly for the cold 😢😢😢.
Thank you! ❤️🙏🏼 This video was filmed in Mykonos - so it was really warm. It’s not too healthy to train outside without practice in cold temperatures. I would not recommend it. But if you do so: running outside helps, with the right clothes, getting used to the temperature. Slowly. ❤️🙏🏼 Happy days!
