I typically stay away from HIIT but I know that I need to incorporate these workouts weekly. In 3 years, this was probably one of the hardest workouts I have done. By the end I might have been wishing for some burpees and pushups-lol. Definitely not as graceful and as powerful as you but I'm happy to say I made it thru and feel so strong and badass for doing so!❤

I have been following you for years, I like 45 min or 50 min and upper then lower body and cardio x sessions those are my favorites, you could do them like this to have an orderly sequence
