    I couldn't do few of the workouts and I modified it, it made me feel a little bad but then I told myself that everyone is different and if I keep trying one day I will definitely be able all the exercises without modifying ❤❤

      Please you all don’t forget that I have been training half of my life and I am 33 years old. 🙏🏼
      So, I am sorry when I don’t show you the modifications for every single movement (but I THINK: you are all able to imagine what you can modify on your own).
      So always feel free to scale down | modify some exercises.
      NO reason to feel bad, seriously: you rock. And your attitude is just the right one 💯! You surely will be able to do all the movements we do in those workouts. Cause you will improve each workout! Promise. ❤️
      So instead of feeling bad that you could not do every exercises I do. BE PROUD: that you pushed through and made it. With or without modifications - doesn’t matter at all! 🔥🙏🏼

    I just came back to this again, and it doesn’t get easier 🤣🥺🥵 it is still as hard as the first time…if not, even harder! 32 mins = 340 calories (unbelievable sweat) max heart rate 180! You are amazing!
