10 minute Ab Workout - Yoga Abs

  • I LOVE a quick core cultivation! And I find it actually helps my personal yoga practice when I feel strong and stable. A strong core is so important for everyday living, but especially in regards to supporting our spines when we move in to some of our deeper backbends and heart openers!
    So, I thought I'd share one of my 10 minute yoga ab workouts I do, in the hopes it makes you feel strong too!

    Love how this video is formatted!!! No nonsense and the countdown is great to see. However this man and his cover of the songs is cracking me up and working my abs a bit more. I probably won’t be able to get rid of this version of hot line bling out of my head 😂 🧘‍♀️

    We have just done your yoga when this one came on TH-cam, what a great work out manage to do it all but it was hard.(we are in our sixties) poor excuse I know.

    Thanks for this video! How do you combine power workouts with yoga? I always feel like I need to choose and then I choose doing yoga because it's more fun but in the end I don't feel as strong as I wish to be. Could you share how you combine it all? Big hug!

    How do I balance on the base of my back without bruising. Am I balancing on the wrong spot?

      KBro05 you balance on your sits bones, not the lower back :) keep the spine long, and open your heart forwards - try to avoid rounding through the back (are you talking about the first exercise? )

      sjanaelise...yeah the first & second exercise. The base of my back ends up with a bruise on it. I don’t think my backs straight enough, like you suggest. . I’ll keep working on it. The other exercises are no problem. Thanks so much for your joyful & positive vibes. Keep being u❤️
