By doing your pilates and strengthening workouts for the last few months, my sciatica on my left side is greatly reduced. Beginning in November I could barely walk. In the last week, I've been able to walk with little pain for 30-45 minutes at a time (walking is supposed to be good for sciatica). I sleep now at night with very little pain. I can't thank you enough. You really really know what you are doing!!! 🥰

Been doing this routine two mornings a week, right before a pull-up variation workout… alternating your standing abs two mornings a week right before a bar-dip/push-up variation workout… hoping you’ll make more like this one so I can alternate them too. 🫶🙏

I don't know why I waited year after cervical cancer treatment (chemotherapy and intense radiation) to start doing these exercises. I hope to heal my pelvic area and release the trauma.

It's a light pose but it burns very well and stretches your body at the same time.
I like these exercises and would like to try them out.

Like the idea to train the pelvic floor. Easy and simple. 🤩 Would like to do that before sleep.
I love this, I have no back pain at all and although there was no rest , you switched up the moves and it felt good.
