I am so glad you made this video. I have been following you for years now and have found everything you thought amazing and we tried to follow it as much as we can. Being from Dubai and belonging to Mumbai I use to always wonder how can I eat local here? This video gives a lot of clarity. Though nothing grows here naturally unlike India we still have a lot of local grown food and now they are also cultivating rice in a desert! I will be super looking forward to all your videos and something you can elaborate for us and our kids living here. Loads of love

    i Rujuta,
Appreciate everything you say! Just couple of questions Could you tell us what oil is best to use living on the west coast of US, since you always say buy/eat local foods, that grow around you.
Secondly, do you have a segment on best exercises/food for people with medical ailments; such as tinnitus, osteoporosis, arthritis or just strengthen your muscle, bones or the nervous system?
Also FYI, it’s mostly Avocado Oil or Olive oil or the flaxseed oil, that we use here. We get most of the produce from Mexico, California or Florida.
    Thanks

    Hello ma'am
In this world of packaging I would really love you to share your know on cosmetic every new product is launch every week and so called herbal products like biotique or forest essential have policies of not disclosing all ingredients so what to buy what not to as cosmetic it not at all skin or environmental friendly but every wants to groom it helps build up confidence
So is there any products in the market which are really safe for skin as it it the largest and important organ of body
I know beauty is from inside but still I would love to know is there any basic organic staff which are safe like shampoo or toothpaste or lotions creams even for kids
Because I check the ingredients of my 4 year son's products and they are almost similar to mine it has sulphate parabens fragrance
Thank so much ma'am for your precious knowledge

Hi Rujuta, love from Toronto, I have been following you since many years after my sis introduced me to ur vids, I am a huge fan. I am in Canada for last 5 years now and no frozen veggies I have used so far, only fresh fruits and veggies ( idk why they are not getting spoiled like ours in India after having them even for days in our freeze when can’t finish on time), did grocery every weekend even when not having car and in harsh winters .. bought costly peanut oil even though income was too low but now in Costco you getting peanut oil ( seems Chinese but that’s only thing in Costco n bit cheaper than Indian stores) but just worried that these days we are loosing the cheap local food items and getting more of filled with pesticides or GMOs. For organic it’s too costly so can’t afford each and everything but I do try if I see them and pay a big more for satisfaction.
