I salute you for the way you have taken the nutrition awareness to a next level and promoting, encourage, protecting our Indian Food Culture. Thankyou for your great work....
Thanks a ton mam. You have helped me alot in my journey of getting fit. Just by following you I have actually lost so much nd feel so better nd super active now. Thanks alot.
Hi.. mam. When I started watching the video I expected to know something new. But, I'm very happy to know that my mom prepare all the things whatever is mentioned in this video even though she doesn't know anything about diet/nutrition. She just prepare foods based on the season. I just need to learn from my mom🤩. Her weight between 48-50KG always. We're 4 children, she is healthy and very 💪
Mam u are an inspiration for me as I always wanted to follow that diet where I can eat everything home cooked including rice ...so glad to find you in TH-cam ...now I will follow your books to loose weight..no other fad diets at all
Hi Rujuta, I would like you to make a nutrition video for people with mental illness. Although conventional medicine separates "mental" and "physical" illnesses, I believe it is all one.
She is only saying things which we were conditioned/raised with or our mother/grandmother already told us..it's just that when it comes from a public figure or some celebrity nutritionist it becomes worth listening to !!
Chetna P hey that is what she says every time “ just spk to ur nani dadi to know what kind of food u should be having “ I think she is making eating ghar Ka khana cool again!!!! Grg work
Exactly and we need to come out of this mentality And respect ladies who cook in a traditional and not make a mockery out of it! Eating healthy home cooked saves money brings happiness
Is it safe for my 2 year old to have food with soda in it as in Dhokla or dosa or so... PS- Thanks to you my daughter has not eaten anything that comes from a packet including chocolate (that's alien to her) and my school children are also not allowed to bring the same in their tifins... Please enlighten about the khane Ka soda... Thanks a lot
Soda is never good for health, irrespective of the age... U can always make dhoklas and dosas without soda... Just prep them beforehand and ferment them naturally... Kudos to your efforts for avoiding packed snacks
@@srinidhiravikumar2477 Oh, I s bad for grown ups too... That's an info. Thanks a lot Shreya... Naturally fermenting is great then...What about fruit salts... Just in case...?
@@nehac943 Neha, fruit salts are nothing but sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid... Again, all of these are harmful for our body... I understand sometimes, when we don't have batter in hand and we want to prepare them instantly, we add fruit salts... But it's best to avoid them too... Instead, u can opt for other tiffin items that don't need any fermentation or any sodas or fruit salts... Eg:Poha, upma, khichdi etc If your child wants to have dosa, go for instantly preparable dosa like wheat, rava or Ragi dosa... Add some grated veggies along with them... It becomes colorful that your kid loves and it's healthy as well...
@@srinidhiravikumar2477 That's our tiffin favourite already... Just wanted clarity on this too... Thanks a lot mate... This kind of a lifestyle which is bakery items (Soda bomb I call it 😅) free as well is definitely good for my little one and is improving our health as family too... Thanks again...
Neha c ....... add urad dal and 1/2 to 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds for natural fermentation . You can check TH-cam loads of recipes what ever recipe she said.
Mohamed Nihal you can have it without worrying about it Just focus on eating clean, healthy, homemade No processed food And learn about portion control Even in my video I have shown that I eat aloo paranthas pizza but in limit.
Can someone here tell me can we eat soyabean in Atta form ground from its raw like Kala chana directly or does it inhibits the absorption of nutrients. Our local Atta chakki man insisted my parents to do that but I am sceptical about it since our Indian food and Ayurveda has no mention of soya bean dal and nobody is giving satisfactory answer. Some people say it is really good and some say it is bad. like if we are recovering from fracture doctors asks us to include soya bean in our diet if we are vegetarian and even ayurvedic physicians follow the allopathy structure and route when advising food choices to diabetics. my mom is recently diagnosed with borderline sugar and her ayurvedic physician asked her to stay away from white rice and even potatoes, carrots, colocasia, beat root and otther root veggies, Apples, grapes, bananas and that what is sweet. Ridiculous doctors have inflused fear in the minds of everybody and the entire family ends up compromising with a stupid food style which lacks variety including only one type of food because we cannot different food for different family members.
most of the soyabean throughout the world is genetically modified unless specified. also, it has to be fermented as per japanese culture. so the ideal combination is only non-gmo plus naturally / traditionally fermented ( not quick chemically fermented), else is considered bad
Ok thanks but still Just one clear advise from you in Yes or No. Should we consume soyabean atta even though it is non GMO just like the way we consume other traditional attas? I am so confused.

Make sure you soak the Rajma for atleast 16 hours . Then rinse it thoroughly and drain all out all that water before you cook it.
Add lots of ginger and jeera and some garam masala also.

Which rice should we eat?
Basmati or something else
You can eat any rice. No issue with that.
Best would be the one is the one your parents or grandparents used to eat... Like in my case we eat wada kolam rice or manbemohar rice
Eat the rice which is grown in your area, if possible Hand Beaten.
Excellent video
Awesome👏✊👍

Why should not cook in instant Pot and aur fryer?
Can we eat nachni, Jowari bhakri at night along with rice?
Depends on Age, after 40 the digestion slows down , so eat one grain at a time , specially at night.
Why not cook in instant pot?
Thank you !
Slow cooking is best as chemical compostion is not compromised. Every other method that cooks faster does that
what is nachni ?
Ragi
Eat rice but tell how much quantity..that she doesn't tell
