02/3How to set curd using raisins Take a bowl of warm milk preferably fresh and full fat. Add 4-5 raisins to it (preferably black raisins) Take a small drop of dahi, even better buttermilk, and add that to the milk. Stir it multiple times (grandmothers say 32 times) Cover it with a lid and set it aside for up to 8-12 hrs. I really love this woman she is great!!, I was dieting,started my day with green tea..stopped taking ghee,rice..just took one time food at night roti,sabji dahi at night..breakfast was oats,Kelloggs muesli.I was about to join keto diet..I was always irritated,bloated and constipated however when I came across Rejuta's videos I realized my mistake of not having my nani--dadi's traditional food was the blunder that I made and that's why I was putting on weight and had poor digestion..I follow your advice mam and I do a little bit of exercise,walk to the market,cook for my family and have traditional,seasonal and local food and u am losing weight gradually and my digestion is improving day by day..I also have switched to full cream milk,I make my own ghee from the cream and set my own yogurt at home..Thank you I am also writing a book on my experience and what I have learnt from you..You will be my Guru all my life.Thanks for all your knowledge.🙏

I was constantly gaining weight after a certain dieting, and since I've started following you I'm able to maintain my current weight also I've joined martial arts classes to learn self-defense and improve my strength,stretching, and stamina plus now I eat whatever I want (obv in a supposed limit) and haven't felt healthier ever before

I just try to explain them a very funny understanding. "You have put on weight By eating or overeating. How do you feel that you would loose weight by eating something else. Its simple. You have to reduce over eating or switch to healthy eating. Your body is habitual to the quantity which you are eating now that is more than what is needs and you dont know that quantity. You are fearful of reducing the meal quantity. But you have to think and evaluate your meals. "
