Frankly speaking, homemade ghee is best. No question of any adulteration or contamination. You can make it from cream or by churning buttermilk. Now if ur using buffalo milk you will get high cream so depending on ur consumption you can get stuff qty of cream in few days but cow milk is low in fat so for you to collect suff cream it may take some time. Anyways best ghee is home made ghee
Maam, as a bengali, we use mainly mustard oil in our cooking and we usually take ghee ( not desi ghee) with our rice or roti in a small quantity , and now as you say to eat always traditional and we are having ghee in this way for years , is it good for our health to cook with mustard oil and have ghee 2/3 times in a week with rice and roti?
