- 5 things for better heart health/ BP (By Jinal Shah from my team)
1. Go nuts over peanuts (and cashew and coconut too). Have a handful daily.
2. A hyper local, seasonal fruit every day.
3. Use salt in cooking, avoid from packaged and processed foods.
4. Yogasanas and strength training every week.
5. Improve sleep by reducing gadgets.

1. Peanut ( have a hand ful , keeps heart good)
2. Cashew nut ( magnesium - sleep )
Alternative days me peanut ya kaju
3. Coconut - cope up tension karta hai ( garnish / chutney )
4. Ghee - helps in digestion, keeps satisfied. Bring back ghee in food, aboud bloating. Bp wale ko acidity hoti hai constipation hota ghee helps
5. Eat seasonal fruit and hyper loacal fruits. Give micro nutrients , subah ko seasonal, ya mid meal, pre workout post workout
6. Salt dushman nhi hai, packaged food not good, industry wala nahi nahi
7. Excercise karo thora, . 150 mins
8. Strength training jaruri hai, calf muscle is second heart . Majboot karna jaruri hai.
9. Sleep improve karo. Reduce phone usage. Aacha sleep do dimaag ko. 30 min prior no usage
10. Ghee ungli talve pe , palm slight warm karo. Aacha sleep rahega. Free rahoge

would love if you can make a video on women over 50 having high BP, diabetes and are extremely over weight.. my mother is having all these issues and even though she follows certain suggestions, she isn't able to reduce weight. I worry about her and really want her to be healthy.
