    Very clear and sane. Also the video is very clear (I have hearing loss so that really matters when I’m lying down especially ).

    i have never seen you before, this pelvis very thoroughly explained.
    i noticed myshoulder hip connections in the beginning , to long,falling asleep can be good too., can't finish, oops

    hi Marik, i need to ask this question with a Feldy that might be abke to answer is it best to finish where i started or is there a reason that isought nor break this up, its a nice sequence, bur,. time to finish obe movement cant be done, sometimes.???
