    Thank you very much dear David for sharing this „ nifty“ little tricks with us. I am invited to speak and give a demonstration in a senior residence here in Windhoek and your little FK lessons pointed me in the direction of how to do this . I am convinced my elderly attendees will love this. And it will hopefully help them to realize that their „ fear of falling“ doesn’t have to make them sitting in their chairs motionless. 👵🏼Martina , FK prac. in Namibia

      Chest is lifted, breathing more ample as if there is more space for the lungs to expand inside the rib cage. My nape is also elongated and more relaxed. My face also relaxed.

    ARE YOU PROPOSING ON PURPIS TO EXHALE while lifting the head (inhabituel)?I am also a FELDENKRAIS practitionner ,thanks for all you give us greetings from Paris

    • @FeldenkraisAccess
      @FeldenkraisAccess  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, that's right, Christine! With the understanding that exhaling actually moves us toward the parasympathetic, and improves our ease of movement. But try both ways, and keep in touch about it.
