  • This class is a part of the self paced Wisdom of the Feet Series: to access the full series visit: www.movementandcreativity.com...
In order to continue having fun being extravagantly functional in another Awareness Through Movement lesson in standing, let’s do a lesson lying on your back and try out some rolling movements of your arms. Your chest, neck, and shoulders will learn to yield to the suggestion of your hands. See how mobilizing this upper area of yourself, where so many joints are in close proximity to each other, will benefit your ability to find your feet. That is our continuing theme after all...
This is one of the lessons that revolutionized my dancing and my insight into strength, stability, and quiet, cunning elegance. I hope you enjoy this one!

I can’t even begin to put into words the benefits I’m already feeling moments after this class. Although the mind keeps on with ‘ but we need more ‘pauses’ 😂 … I love and enjoy your classes very much. The body feels so much more responsive and whole, integrated walking. Thank you so very much. I very much look forward to repeating this again 🙏💜🙏

Went for a run after this lesson and felt my arms, shoulders, my whole trunk turning and rotating - thank you!

Thank you, Paul! Such interesting and revealing variations. My back feels so much longer and my legs are swinging so easily as I walk. I look forward to doing the rest of the lessons in the series.
