This lesson is incredible. I usually get numb feet after walking for a hour or so. I am currently n holiday and we are walking a lot. Today I made a small change to how I walk: I made sure I extended the heel every time I stepped forward. 16,000 steps later - no numbness in my feet, they are soft and alive and feel great, and so am I. Thank you so much for the theory and practice of this lesson.
