Practice the 4 Session Series Here: • Seeking Safety | Ventr...
Affirmation: It is safe to be in my body. // I am safe.
    ---
    ABOUT THIS 4 SESSION SERIES:
Your Ventral Vagus nerve is the piece of your nervous system that allows you to feel safe, at rest, and connected with others.
This amazing nerve is found in the "rest and digest" branch of your nervous system, while "fight, flight, freeze" is found in another branch. Trauma can cause our nervous system to become stuck. This might look like being stuck in overdrive (anxiety and panic), or in shut down (depression and disassociation). By giving your body cues of safety, you can support your nervous system in beginning to regulate and ultimately become "unstuck."

I've been doing self help and personal development type stuff off and on for 7+ years and your channel is one of, if not the, most impactful content I've found. I often felt like I was wasting my time. To be fair, maybe I'd be a lot worse off if I hadn't done all that other work and I don't regret it or anything like that. But every time I do one of your yoga sessions, I feel like it has a powerful effect. I've done so much yoga, and do appreciate it all, but I've never cried and released like with your sessions. And I've never felt such a noticeable immediate impact. Now I'm not delusional that I'm all healed with a couple sessions, but I do think your type of teaching and energy is something I was majorly missing in my own practices, especially with shadow work. So thank you so much. I greatly appreciate your work and support.

Thank you so much for being so kind and soothing and most importantly, for reinforcing that we're the best judge of our bodies. ❤

I have weird visions when I relax at the end of the session feet up. This was the second time and much clearer than last time.
Maybe my body sends messages in images to communicate with me telling me how I am doing? 😯
I think I am going to write it down and see how it progresses as I continue. 😊

Hi Hannah, first of all thank you for your help!! And second, I have a question... I need to do this session every day of the week 1? or just one time in that week?
