  • In this session we explore the 5 layers of the self as described by the Pancha Maya Kosha model in Yogic philosophy. This is a very helpful model that gives us an opportunity to tune into our bodies and reconnect.

I did this following the yoga practice of releasing trauma in the hips. I feel a lot more at home now.

I found this video while searching for a short meditation after a heavy therapy session. It was so helpful that I plan to use this to transition from trauma therapy back to “regular life” from now on. Thank you so much for sharing it. ❤

Thank you so much, Hannah! I've done some of your meditations and yoga routines since I got to know your chas nnel in the last months but it is the first time in two years that I feel so vulnerable (again) and in need for a meditation like this one! 🙏

Hello! I’m certainly no expert but I noticed your comment hadn’t been answered. For me personally, I just have to breathe through it. Feel where it hurts and breathe

i can’t stop worrying about death. i’m 51, generally healthy and there’s no threat of me dying. the anxiety is part of my trauma. it’s just that we don’t know what happens to us. what if it’s continual suffering? i don’t know if I believe in God or not. i’m scared.

I couldn't do this one :( I started shaking during this. I was sexually assaulted a few months ago. Maybe it was too early for this one? Your other videos are amazing.

Hi Tiffany, I’m so sorry to hear about what you went through. Shaking can be a sign of a nervous system release, or it could be fear or another emotion. YOU know what is best for your body and I trust your judgment.

Hi, the audio was little difficult while being played without headphones.
The loudness kept on fluctuating and it was hard to focus on.
