Practice the 4 Session Series Here: • Deserving of Love & Jo...
Affirmation: I am loved. // I am deserving of love.
Poem for Contemplation: by Jacquie Compton
It takes a certain kind of love
the type of love that pulls you on your feet
    pulling you to the ground
    rooting you to the earth
    Grounding you
    steadying you
    loving you
    in all moments of transformation
    as you expand
    as you deepen
    into the core of you

Thank you so much for your wonderful channel. I am absolutely loving this practice and finally connecting with and prioritising my own self-care-love-worth.

I have been going to therapy for a year now due to some childhood trauma, without even realizing it I've have been spending my entire 30 years of living feeling and thinking that i am bad, and unworthy of love.
for the first time- when you said the words "you are not bad, you are not broken" i actually believed it. i believed and felt ,that there is nothing wrong with me.
that i am not bad. that i am worthy of love.
at the end of the practice i started crying repeating those words to myself.
you have no idea how relieving that was for me, and how healing that was for me. i needed to hear those words for so long.
so thank you Hanna, thank you so much for allowing me to experience this amazing gift.

Such a lovely practice. My imagination sparked at the playful invitation to enter into shrimp pose!
Shrimp has joined my practice as a spirit animal to remind me of being deserving of love and joy. 🙏

bit of feedback: im a beginner, and if you give so many options i dont know what to do! and what's right. i think it would be much better to just say what to do and maybe occasionally give one option but when this is constant, its too confusing.
