    ABOUT THIS 4 SESSION SERIES:
    Trauma may separate us from ourselves and others, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Courage to Feel Again is an invitation to build capacity to feel and be with your body and emotions without judgement or trying to “fix.” This is a time to learn how to identify sensations and emotions, find words, and learn how to hold space for your own heart as I also hold space for you.

    Thank you Hannah, this session is so uplifting, after traumatic experiences, we have no compassion for ourselves as we are conditioned to be compassionate to others and therefore forget ourselves, this session is helping me to realize this and change this somewhat deep conditioning which will take a lot of work on oneself but I feel I’m on the right track now feeling so much more in control of myself🙏🏽LoveLight to all our brave survivors🙏🏽

    thank you so much for providing this safe space. your channel popped up a few times and today after an exhausting and triggering event it felt so good to come on the mat with you. I usually get often stressed when doing yoga, because my body isn't really easy to move and I easily feel pain and then stress for not keeping up. with you I felt really safe and empowered to just find the pose for me that feels right and good. I also really appreciate that this session was so long. thank you so much! I really needed this to come back to myself.
