This is exactly what I needed. Recovering from EBV reactivation, which led to autoimmune joint and muscle pain. Namaste 🙏 Thank you!

How can I relearn sitting on my knees? Do you have a video for this. My knees and ankles are so tight. This position was so easy for me before I got sick.

she should be familiar why that happens.
in somatics SMA seems to be the cause from many of our challenges.

Going through an EBV reactivation too. What is helping you apart from yoga?

Thank you. This was just enough for my body right now. And I love starting my day hearing your voice and receiving your guidance. Namaste.

Hi Arielle! I absolutely love this sequence! Thank you. Your offering of intuitive movement and allowing for our body's own wisdom to release and align is so refreshing! I have been teaching yoga for 13 years and my fairly recent discovery of somatic language and the divine functioning of the nervous system is allowing me and my student a while fresh perspective of our whole nature of being. I'm also a Coach and have been guided to the embodylab, which is where I found you. Considering the EMDR training. Let's see, hopefully we will meet one day. Much love, Hannah ❤

What is the fastest way to calm the vagus nerve?
Just a few minutes of deep breathing can keep your vagus nerve active. Meditate.
Meditation activates the vagus nerve and calms the network of nerves that control myriad physiological processes.
“Meditation and mindfulness not only lower your heart rate, but they also reduce blood pressure levels.”
Nutrients that support the vagus nerve include: Choline (to make acetylcholine, our main neurotransmitter) Vitamin B12. Magnesium.

So grateful! that's how my spine alignment manifests! Thank you, Arielle, you are so inspiring! I also appreciate that you created and shared practice for 30 min. I do enjoy full classes as well but in reality I mostly have mornings and days busy, so 30 mins is more realistic for me to contribute. Thank you once again! By the way, nausea feeling after the eyes in opposite corner moment, is normal? is that how the integration works? I am sure it is my vagus nerve's response, I just would like to understand what does that mean :)
