okay, kinda because nobody has results here yet, i’m going to try this out for a week hopefully? yes, i’m restricting and a healthier diet than i’m used to. also, i’m doing other workouts so this could be biased. don’t forget to drink lots of water!!! i’m doing over 1/2 gallon a day! (doing only the five minute video just because-) day 1- done! (minimal stretching) day 2- done! day 3- done! day 4- done! day 5- done! day 6- done! day 7- done! (will take my weight tomorrow morning) starting weight: 120 lbs. / 54.4kg ending weight: 113 lbs. / 51.3kg ( i kinda didn’t expect to lose this much even so this was really good! but remember, i drank a lot of water and dieted so it mainly that and the high intensity less time exercise! and make sure you stay healthy! )
Easy, quick, seems effective (although I've only done once) I will continue doing this workout! Results: I started getting slimmer after the first few times!!!
It depends on your starting weight. If you’re morbidly obese, just switching to a healthy 2000 cal diet can lead to a 20+ lbs / 9+ kg weight loss that is healthy. Of course, the higher the starting weight, the more dramatic.

Note:as you are losing alot of weight in very less time you may feel weak and face alot of issues(dark circles,not so fresh skin e.t.c) make sure to drink alot of water, vegetable juices and fruit juices without sugar n salt as this is the most important part of the diet and is really necessary i know vegatables juices donot sound good but you have to other wise your will get wrinkles and other stuff.... you will definitely lose alot alottt of weight and iam telling donot continue this diet for more than 10 days its not healthy and keep you self hydrated. I've been doing this workout video and 2 more which is a totall 20 mins per-day and I've lost 7 kg just as they said but took me a bit more longer ! Nearly a month ! But it was useful ! It's really working I'm fat before because I eat too much since pandemic I did and did this, after a month my friend saw me on street and she said "wow you slim what happened" thank you for this
I’ve been doing this and another video of theirs, and I actually feel stronger and see a bit of progress. I’ve only been doing it for two weeks and I do about 15mins a day everyday I’m giving it a month and a half and compare the pictures and videos I took at the start. Also if I see progress by then I will be sticking to it!

Had the tummy tuck surgery 4 months ago so I can't do any jumping. I can do this but slow. I am doing another one similar to this and it took me 4 days to be able to complete the 20ish min lol! (I had to keep starting it back over of course) Maybe in the next month or 2, I can go all out on both! Hehe!

why would someone who looks like they have anorexia practice this .... one should eat to get decent muscle inflammation first by working in the air then in the gym ... one should get good muscle inflammation to continue until the pain subsides .... You can't lose all the weight u want to lose while doing only this workout....You can use this as a warmup or add it to your workout routine. Also do cardion and strength training. And as for the food u r supposed to be eating, just make sure you eat a balanced diet, reduced processed foods, eat reasonable amount of carbs, reduce fat, incorporate fruits and vegetables, add more protein to ur meal, drink water and have patience. I am too fat for my age so I tried this exercise After completing this my throat is so dry , at the last exercise my leg was painful for a minute but this exercise is very useful 👌
No one can ever lose 7 kgs in 5 days. Only if you are terribly ill or something like that. And if u consume only water for 5 days bcoz water has zero calories then may be u can lose 7 kgs. But with any diet and this exercise its impossible to lose 7 kgs in 5 days and dont even try. I had tried once. I lost 2 kgs in 2 days i almost fainted i had hair fall and i also missed my periods. So guys u can do this exercise but pls follow a healthy diet. All the best.

i think the instructor use to be really big once, theres some videos of her with loose skin on her belly so she's probs been doing this for some time
Woah 75-90 minutes a DAY is BAD! That’s extremely unhealthy. Should be 45-60 minutes maximum or else you’d overwork

I’ve been doing this and another video of theirs, and I actually feel stronger and see a bit of progress. I’ve only been doing it for two weeks and I do about 15mins a day everyday I’m giving it a month and a half and compare the pictures and videos I took at the start.

@@triptisarkar5280 After 4 days of workout, I gained 4 kg😐. When I googled this, it says these weight increases are common in the first stages... But I discontinued this due to a lack of confidence. And I started my intermittent fasting and reduced 6kg in 1 month ( I followed 5:2 criteria )

~Eat around 1300-1500 calories
~drink water
~sleep because it will help with digestion
~drink black coffee before taking a huge business lol (also helps with digestion)
~do this workout
~do the 5 min workout
~do kpop just dance compilation part 1
~do sunny funny Fitness kpop workout
~exercise every secound day because if you do it everyday your sleep will suffer and you will focus too much on your weight loss
~take breaks and don't overdo it. 10 minutes of whatever exercise you choose are great for the start. Add more time once you get used to exercising. It's my 3rd week and I see differences around my waste, back and belly.
~don't eat too many carbs and eat as little sugar as possible

Hii im from sri lanka now my weight 65 ill start tz workout
Had the tummy tuck surgery 4 months ago so I can't do any jumping. I can do this but slow. I am doing another one similar to this and it took me 4 days to be able to complete the 20ish min lol! (I had to keep starting it back over of course) Maybe in the next month or 2, I can go all out on both! Hehe!

why would someone who looks like they have anorexia practice this .... one should eat to get decent muscle inflammation first by working in the air then in the gym ... one should get good muscle inflammation to continue until the pain subsides .... You can't lose all the weight u want to lose while doing only this workout....You can use this as a warmup or add it to your workout routine. Also do cardion and strength training.
And as for the food u r supposed to be eating, just make sure you eat a balanced diet, reduced processed foods, eat reasonable amount of carbs, reduce fat, incorporate fruits and vegetables, add more protein to ur meal, drink water and have patience.

No one can ever lose 7 kgs in 5 days. Only if you are terribly ill or something like that. And if u consume only water for 5 days bcoz water has zero calories then may be u can lose 7 kgs. But with any diet and this exercise its impossible to lose 7 kgs in 5 days and dont even try. I had tried once. I lost 2 kgs in 2 days i almost fainted i had hair fall and i also missed my periods. So guys u can do this exercise but pls follow a healthy diet. All the best.

Day 1: ✅I FELT THE BURN, it felt like it was going on forever but I got through it!
Day 2: ✅I didn’t feel the burn as much as yesterday and felt shorter.
Day 3: ✅I… OH MY- THIS BURNT SO MUCH, I CAN’T-- I know this is going to sound fake but… I feel as though my stomach has become more flat! It looks like my waist has gotten smaller!
Day 4: ✅Today I decided to do it 2 times but I could only feel the burn on only one of the sides of my body, I’m still going strong though!
Day 5: ✅I did it 2 times again and once again I only felt the burns on one of my sides
*Okay I have decided that I’m going to be doing this for another 5 days, Wish me luck!* And btw from now on I’m going to be doing this workout with Gloria Song’s 10 minutes lower abs workout
