Looks great, but I personally really struggle with bloating when having sourdough.
Wow I have been told not to touch chick peas or cauliflower
@Ratika-pd4dd Chickpeas are very high in insoluble fibre which is a major cause of constipation and therefore bloating and stomach pain, and also a cause of hemmorhoids. You'd do well to steer clear of them. Cauliflower also has a high ratio of insoluble to soluble fibre so the benefits for the gut microbiome are nowhere near as good as foods with a more even ratio. The benefits to the gut microbiome of the foods in this video are negligible and I find the subject matter poorly researched.

I can't eat dairy, allergic to cauliflower gives me gas, so many things I can't eat. I wish I could try these recipes

that week I ate only 2 big meals a day, it was very hot, and I wasn't hungry. In my what i eat in a day videos I usually have 3 meals so you can cook 3 different recipes.
if i eat healthy fruits and vegetables more fiber i get diarhea how should i include them and shoukd we take them even if i get diarrhea?
hi there! well diarrhea is a sign of dysbiosis! So you may want to take all the supplements I mention and talk to your doctor to make sure there's no parasites, viruses and constipation (bc diarrhea is a sign of constipation as well). I would rec go slow with fiber and gradually increase when you feel better! One last thing, when you choose your probiotics, look for Saccharomyces boulardii strain, it's great for diarrhea.
If you are eating gluten free...can you eat sourdough bread?
It depends! If you can digest it - then yes. But I don't think it is safe for those with celiac disease
Looks, good, but aren't you iron deficient with that food? I ate like that for years, felt light and great for 5 years until the protein, b-vitamin and iron deficiency.

Where do you live?
You eat twice a day and don't even finish your plate? Not very inspirational since it promotes calorie restriction and energy deficiency. You're making it impossible to reach both the daily macro- and micro nutrients when eating this little. I also find it weird that you saif gluten is bad in another video, but you ate a lot of gluten in this?
Nonetheless, the food looked yummy!
Hey there! First of all - I eat a lot! You get the wrong idea. Second of all, I eat sourdough bread which is easier for digestion (but it all depends on each person and where you're in your gut healing journey). I always finish my plate as well! Will show more of my eating in the next videos x
