    Your channel is amazing, very useful and scientifically based information on nutrition. I have been struggling with gut issues for most of my life and have done a lot to find ways to alleviate them. I love the mindset around nutrition that you promote and i am eating very similarly and love it. Unfortunately my downfall is bouts of extreme stress and anxiety that worsen my symptoms and are quite hard to manage. I will continue watching your great content! Greetings and have a lovely day!

      ​@@anastasiagurovaI can't help but wonder if the probiotics is any good if the yogurt has been pasteurized (heated). That would seem to destroy them.

      hey, thanks for stopping by! I will kep your video idea in mind. Starting a gut healing journey can seem overwhelming, but it's all about taking small steps. And it’s not just about changing your diet. It's also important to pay attention to your mental health. Stress and anxiety can negatively affect your gut health, so incorporating mindfulness practices like meditation or yoga could be very beneficial.
      As for diet, consider adding more probiotics into your meals from foods like yogurt or fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi. But go slow! Very slow. Also, try to eat more fiber-rich foods, stay hydrated, and limit processed foods. Check out my other videos for recipes and inspiration!

    Great video. I love all your videos. They are wonderful. Thank you. I’ve been teaching yoga for 20+ years. That’s not yoga it’s pilates. Pilates was created for exercise during WW2. Yoga is an 8 limbed system of ways of living, meditation, concentration, and originally 13 postures now 908 postures are generally recognized. Not one of them uses weights or a band.

      hey, thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I usually mix things up depending on my mood and energy levels. Sometimes it's yoga and meditation, sometimes pilates and other times I feel like working out with resistance to build strength. Yoga, in particular, has a special place in my routine, offering not just physical but mental benefits. As you rightly pointed out, yoga is a comprehensive system that extends beyond postures and physical exercises, and I cherish it for the peace of mind it brings. I often choose to keep my yoga practice personal and off-camera, to preserve its sacredness and remain fully present during the process.

      sometimes I feel lazy too, but honestly, I feel at my best after home-cooked meals. For me, it's totally worth the time and effort!

    Hi mam,i have doubt that non-veg,eggs,lentils,ghee are high gas triggering symptoms because I am experiencing ibs symptoms...but how you are eating...i also have bloating like you..can you explain please i can't afford your app price please try to understand 😢
