Hi, I watched this video a few months ago. It has literally changed my life. I am now using about 10 spices daily as a warm drink that has replaced my coffee. The result has been weight loss and I'm no longer limping from knee inflammation. I needed to say, thank you to you!🥰☺️ Angela
@@ZowieA Hi Zowie, I haven't toasted the seeds. I mix about a table spoon of each of the spices in a sandwich bag. When I am ready to make my drink, I put about a tablespoon of the spice mixture inside on an empty tea bag. I let it steep and I drink it with some oat milk, and a non sugar sweetener. It tastes somewhat like a chai. I also use palm jaggery and recently added Amla.
I make chai every morning with: ginger, clove, peppercorn, turmeric, cinnamon, and cardamom (with black tea, milk, and honey)- it makes me feel so good, I feel like I can feel it coursing through my veins...so delicious and healing.

Excellent for constipation, bloating, gas and other digestive issues. Triphala works gently and slowly, so take once daily for 2-3 months as an excellent detox.

For those who aren't fond of turmeric powder and grounded black pepper, there's a unique tea made from dried turmeric slices blended with pepper inflorescence. This tea not only preserves all its benefits but also tastes delicious. It's patented in several countries.

I use the 5 spices for a while now. It has made a big difference in my life. I gained weight and my constipation is so much better then even with laxative medicines. Thank you for the extra advice to sauté the herbs first in some oil or ghee. From now one, I will do that before I make my curry or make my meals. I will make sure to look for the Ajwain in an Indian store! As a vata, thank you so much for this video Radhi!🌹🩷
On Keto we put many different spices n these spices on eggs n meat.

Beautiful, thank you for sharing I truly appreciate it ☺️🫶🏽
Thank you Radhi this was so easy to understand how to use the spices even though I use several of them, here I learned how to combine which for what effect and for morning ritual of adding which to hot water besides my usual of cloves & cardamom. Taste of cumin I've thought of as not a morning spice. I use in lentils and hummus but I'll now try in morning too. ❤
Great health information! Thank you
