    I lovvvvvvvvvvve this channel so many ideas..
    A tip for you because you give me so many,don't heat up olive oil it's turns to bad fat in our body because we have then processed it also smoothies take away the fibre that no longer feeds our micro biame ..❤

    They don't easily spoiled if kept in the fridge for a week? I tried before they turned grey. By the way I'd like to say, you're shopping way is so refreshing no plastic at all. 😍

      should be fine up to a week in the fridge, just don't peel the eggs if you want them to last longer x

    What do you think of apple cider vinegar diluted in water before a meal

      I do eat fish. I think ACV is not safe for the stomach because it increases acidity and there is no evidence of any benefits for the gut. But it's good for stabilizing blood sugar especially if you take it before eating carbs!
