finally someone who takes gut health importantly when taking about skin improvements, people usually focus on what they put on their skin rather than focusing on their gut health

I have a question, do you eat different recipes every day for breakfast lunch and dinner? I'm looking to meal prep more often but want to be a bit consistent for meals so im not overwhelmed on what to eat next lol Loved this btw!

I also know my skin is quite dull looking and I bloat easily so maybe if I switch over to her healthy breakfast routine, my skin and body will look and feel better 😂

Yuck… croissants… the mix of bad fat and carbs is deadly. Once your body is used to nutritions and a clean diet it will crave it naturally.
You can actually train your taste buds. If you eat healthy for a while that's what you are going to like and crave. Unfortunately fat and sugar is very addictive. Get all the bed stuff out of the house, be disciplined for a while and you will start enjoying healthy food.
I love bread I usually have a egg and bread but it's wheat bread and then some fruit and orange juice it's not the healthiest but it makes me feel satisfied

I dont get what the kettle thing you got from amazon can you do a video to explain your drinks?
I think the white kettle with the skinny nozzle was just for hot water and the other kettle that was bigger is for frothing milk. So she added her ingredients into the kettle and it froths it all together like latte milk vs a blender

ava not to sound rude but that kimchi of cabbage looks so good but the spices for some reason my mom is high intolerant to spices due to it creating acid reflux and i noticed i always have to be careful ful of not using stuff like cilantro of spice cause it causes to much saliva like my mom produce in throat , what would be ur recommendation just having it as plan cabbage is there any future potential to having the Korean typical food spices like ur culture or to avoid just as the regular clean gut means like the blue berry toast i can have stuff like that.

There are some vegan cream cheeses at grocery stores made with tofu! That’s what I do
You could replace dairy with almond butter or any kind of butter.

This was interesting but I just don’t care for the greasy skin look. I know it is very trendy right now, and I am not trying to be unkind. But I just don’t understand the appeal. I eat very healthy, and I would like to incorporate some of the ideas here. Just a comment on the skin. You are beautiful and inspiring.
