    You popped up on my feed and I'm wondering why you don't have a million followers. You deserve a wide audience. I've neglected my neck all my life and today, my 64th birthday, I'm taking control, beginning with these exercises. I'll also check out your new series on neck pain. Thank you Adam. This is amazing.

    Because of TMJD I carry a lot of tension in my jaw, neck, shoulders and back. This gave me so much relief, and it will now be a regular practice for me. thank you so much!

    Hello there, it's a year I have been following Dr. Adam Field's videos to relieve my head, neck and shoulder pains. When I first started I did the exercises everyday because the pain was so hard to bear. Today, I do not have severe pain, I still do the exercises, not everyday but can go a few days without but certainly as soon as I feel aches I have to do the exercises This time
    Iast year 2020, I was at a lost with pain wondering what my life is going to be like in the new year, the pain was unbearable, painkillers help only for a short time. Anyone suffering with this kind of pain if you are reading this post please persevere with the exercises, the instructions do work and you are doing the exercises along with Dr. Adam, do make the time (15 mins) to get rid of that awful pain. Thanks to Dr. Adam Field's I am doing good. The videos are amazing. Blessings

    I keep finding my way back to this video after I forget that my neck is weak, not tight. Stretching never relieves the pain bc I need more strength. Thanks for such a comprehensive neck video to cover it all!

    I was experienced neck and shoulder pain for the six months, the first 3 months was the worse, can't sleep, can't do anything on the day time, tried the stretch from two other diff ppl's video, but didn't improve, I found your video after that, and has been following the stretch till now, I'm happy this month I can feel normal me, I can sleep, I can work, do house core...thank you Dr, Adam.Will continue this as my daily exercise...     Isn't he such a blessing!! You can tell he really cares. He popped up on a day where I had read and was so tense all the time. Yeah people pay attention to neck,,it causes me so many problems and now I have Doc to help me. All they want to do is push drugs at me,,so tired of it.

      I was a gymnist moons ago, always had pain, then in my late 30s they put a plate in my neck. I'm in a small town now, on the other side of Asheville,NC, we had really good Doc's,, I trusted them also. They did have me do exercises and in a soft collar, it got so bad. I forgot, I got rear-ended at a high rate of speed,,they didn't tell me much. They make sure I'm taking vitamins, no real answers, always arthritis.

    These TMJ/TMD therapies are soooooo amazing!! I absolutely from the bottom of my heart thank you for posting these. My parents are dying and they are 2000 away and I’ve had a swollen lymph node and gum/jaw/teeth pain from clenching at night. These have helped so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    I feel so much better after doing this, I could cry. I've been having a lot of weird head sensations because of stress and bruxism, and this helped so much after just one time. Definitely going to become part of my daily practice :)

    Why can this doctor be in NYC?! You would think I would have found someone here that I would have faith in to treat my neck pain but I haven't. I think I'll probably gain more improvement from these videos than from trying physical therapy again. I quit physical therapy for neck pain several months ago because the exercises were giving me pain in my clavicle. The therapist did not give me motivation like Dr. Fields does. In cases like mine, when you get someone who seems disconnected, it actually has an impact on whether you improve or not and my therapist seemed dead inside. Every practitioner out there, whether they are doctors or physical therapists, should take note of how Dr. Fields motivates. It's an important factor in the treatment of the patient.

    Another video sir that is amazingly helpful! I wish I lived near your office, I would come shake your hand! I've been having headaches and could hear my neck grinde when I would turn it. Stiffness in my neck and after doing this video the second day I could hardley hear any pops or grinding! My husband said I even looked like I was holding my head up right and had better posture! Thank you for making these videos!

    I went to the physio for neck pain and reduced mobility. All she said get a towel rest my neck on it. She could have direct me to this guy . This is the business. Done wonders. Thanks dr.

    I had extreme neck pain (I nearly went to A&E) but was unable to visit my doctor due to the pandemic. I did this every day for four months and it's basically been cured. Cannot recommend it enough - thank you!

      Hi Umme, One of my guiding principles on trapezius tightness is to not just loosen them but to strengthen the opposing muscles. These are the scapular stabilizers and the scapular retractor muscles. This is why i always say, "Pull your shoulders down". Check out my shoulder strengthening videos and you will begin to feel your chest up and your shoulders down on a next level. Thanks for the great request.

      Adam Fields DC thanks Dr. ! Day 2 of this routine. Yesterday my chronic pains subsided drastically. I don’t expect miracles and know this is going to be a lifelong practice like my meditation practice. I’ve been doing some yoga with this in the mornings too. These moves don’t look like much and the towel/equipment used looks like nothing to write home about but that couldn’t be farther from the truth! Thank you again!

    Hi Dr. Fields, So I am back on this video again after trying out the seven day neck series. This one gives me more more relief through out the day compared to the 7 day series. I feel like this is level one for me as I am not there yet, not until my neck is strong enough and I have less chronic pain. This one covers a lot more neck range for me on a daily basis. I will move on to the 7 day series videos in the future for maintenance dose once my neck is strong enough. Thanks for your support! I can't thank you enough.

    Excellent and something I can easily do daily. Very practical, very useful, and very doable! You might want to check this out......I think you mixed up directions of right and left on one of the exercises (we were supposed to be mirroring you!).

      I'm glad you listened to your body and found out what was good for it. You may be able to come back to the "risky" moves later. If you get the neck-exerciser, get the red one as it is the best for hyper-mobile necks. It's what I started on after plenty of mountain bike crashes.

    I have had scans and physio and i haven't found the cause for chronic neck pain and rock hard muscles in that area and clenching at night. So I am going to give this a try and fingers crossed this will ease the pain. No one has ever focussed specifically before on these muscles.

    OMG, thank you for this video and your TMJ videos. WOW, they have helped! I went to physical therapy for a year for TMJ, but a lot of time has passed since then and I forgot what to do to help relieve pain and strengthen the muscles. I have so much pain every day, so thank you so, so much.

      Thank you very much, I practice the TMJ and neck stretch every day. First day practice my neck and back of my head feel so pain and tight. I keep massage it and put Arnicare cream. After 4 days it much better. My neck more Flexible. I share those videos to my friends and family who understand English.
